Greg Pollowitz nails it exactly. Has anyone else noticed that this poll was commissioned by a guy who is writing a book called American Taliban about how American conservatives are just like jihadist killers? The dissonance is baffling. It would be like if someone had written, "I was talking to the little man who lives in my sugar bowl and he told me that Republicans believe in some crazy things!" and everyone seized on the last part as the news hook.

I am just curious how many folks are actively avoiding Google and Google products due to the founders involvement in Daily KOS, the KOS convention and other various forms of Liberal / Progressive awfulness? I have been actively avoiding them for several years and have been encouraging all of my conservative friends to do so. Yahoo and Microsoft in my mind are nominally less awful so I use Yahoo and Bing. Any thoughts or is this one of those things that has been discussed a million times?

Since they don't want to acknowledge the real facts, progressives like to attack the grass roots tea party movement by calling them names. As Congress and the White House begin to move amnesty for illegal aliens higher up in their agenda, the founder of the Daily Kos, is waging a preemptive attack on the people who are most likely to oppose their action. Grass Roots patriots and Conservative Republicans. Markos Moulitsas Zuniga, a Democratic strategist and founder of the left-wing blog “The Daily Kos,” says that ‘Teabaggers’ and Republicans 'Who Hate Brown People’ Will Put the Brakes on Immigration Bill

For some strange reason, the Daily Kos has gained the reputation in the mainstream media for somehow being composed of "reasonable progressives" in stark contrast to their Democratic Underground cousins whom even many in the MSM will admit are flat out loons. However, certain events prove that the Kossacks are every bit as crazed and full of hate as the DUers. And one such event that has proved this to be true is the reaction of the two sites to the news that Rush Limbaugh has been hospitalized in Hawaii. Of course there was a DU thread full of hate...

Rush is an Inspiration. The morning of New Years Eve 2009 and reports from Honolulu are sketchy at best. They indicate that Rush Limbaugh has been hospitalized for chest pains. For more than twenty years Rush has provided lessons from his perch in front of the Golden EIB (Excellence in Broadcasting) microphone articulating and sometimes embellishing a conservative perspective. Rush has never been shy about describing the incongruence as he found it which, articulate the difference between the political right and left. When he had a bone to pick with a liberal newsmaker, he went out of his way to...

Wealth will be redistributed, not from the rich to the poor, but from unwilling individuals to corporations engaged in an insidious relationship with the state. This will accomplish none of what any benevolent party, regardless of ideology, wants to accomplish. Those who truly believe the government should provide healthcare to all will not see that happen. Those who believe the government should stay out of healthcare will not see that happen. Those who cannot afford insurance now will not be able to afford it later. The truly indigent will remain so. The only parties who will actually benefit from this...

Markos Moulitsas, the founder of Daily Kos, one of the Left’s leading blogs, is fuming. For months, he has been leading the charge on Obamacare, drumming up support amongst Democrats while keeping the Left’s many camps united behind one goal: passing a health-care bill. Now, with Senate majority leader Harry Reid (D., Nev.) caving to one senator after another, Moulitsas sees his cause being destroyed by his own side. And he’s fighting back. In a post on his website, Moulitsas writes that if Reid’s bill is gutted of a public option, but still includes an individual mandate, then it should...

Mary Noonan of the University of Iowa is still concerned about the acceptance of the importance of a woman's career. "People still buy into the stereotypes of what it means to be a good wife. It means that caring for your children and supporting your husband's career is viewed as a wife's main priority," she said. Ms Noonan should have a discussion with the folks at the Daily Kos, as the progressives in the number one liberal website are suggesting that Hadassah Lieberman should be removed from her job because of the political actions of her husband. Yesterday Joe Lieberman...

This picture of an audience listening to the Teleprompter-in-Chief captures the mood of Democrats these days. "Yawn! Grumble!" That's the sound of Democrat voters across the land, as we head toward the 2010 midterm elections. Apathy and discontent have spread like herpes at a coed dorm. And dormant Dems spell trouble for the party in power. A new poll casts a pall on next fall for the Democrat pol. You can read about it at this KOmmie THREAD, "Weekly Tracking Poll: New Feature Paints Ugly 2010 Picture." It seems Head KOmmie KOs has KOmmissioned a survey, so you would...

Sure seems that way: Undercover project: Please participate quickly! by Bob Johnson Share this on Twitter - Undercover project: Please participate quickly! Wed Nov 18, 2009 at 12:25:51 PM PST NOTE: This diary will self-destruct within the hour. Copy the dialogue box below the fold and post it across the Internet. BarbinMD's current front pager on Palin's latest idiocy got me thinking about a little payback for Palin's part in promoting the "death panels" nonsense. By linking to the Politico story on Palin's appearance on Limbaugh's radio show, highlighted in Barb's post with this graph: Palin painted the race as...

Although many in the mainstream media write off the Democratic Underground as somewhat sanity challenged, they continue to praise the Daily Kos Kossacks as somehow being "reasonable progressives." The truth is that the Kossacks are every bit as loony as their DU cousins as you can see in this Daily Kos thread about what they hope will be the real outcome of the civilian trial of 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. As you will see, the conviction or acquittal of KSM is pretty much beside the point for most of the Kossacks. Their real hope for this trial is that...

Oops! Markos Moulitsas, founder of the Daily Kos, has discovered that his endorsement can be political poison. Such was the case with his endorsement at the beginning of this month of the very liberal Republican candidate, Dede Scozzafava, in the New York 23rd CD special election: Club for Growth darling Doug Hoffman is running on the Conservative Party line, and has even garnered the endorsement of Fred Thompson. The guy has legitimate traction, fueled by the fact that Dede Scozzafava, the Republican, is actually the most liberal candidate in the race. (Heck, she has run on the very liberal Working...

The left has said that the right creates an environment that inspires violence. Actually, the Daily Kos is the one that has inspired violence, including shots fired, against Lou Dobbs and his family. Will the NY Times investigate how the Kosters HATE SPEECH creates an atmosphere of hate and violence? This is my opinion.

Chris Cillizza at the Washington Post has written a story in his Morning Fix political news analysis that is sure to cause conniption fits over at the Daily Kos which endorsed "Republican" Dede Scozzafava in the New York 23rd CD race that has now grabbed the attention of the political world. The political news that Cillizza has reported looks great for Conservative Doug Hoffman, bad for Scozzafava, and very depressing for the Daily Kos (and Newt Gingrich): The Iowa caucuses may be more than two years from now but a series of moves by potential Republican presidential contenders has turned...

This is a Politico congressional race story that should have been labeled "WARNING: Read this story with a huge grain of salt." Why? First of all because the poll of the New York 23rd Congressional District was mostly taken before the big events of this past week were well known there. And even more importantly, the source of the poll was the Daily Kos which endorsed the very liberal Republican in the race, Dede Scozzafava. However, before we go into how absurd this poll was, let us watch Josh Kraushaar of Politico get all breathless about this highly questionable story:...

While Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Minority Leader John Boehner clearly haven't figured out yet how to work together, left-wing blogger Markos Moulitsas and NRCC Chairman Pete Sessions just as clearly have. How else to explain Moulitsas' endorsement of Sessions' favored candidate for Congress in the special election in New York's 23rd Congressional District? Yes, that's the district newly confirmed Secretary of the Army John McHugh just vacated, where the anointed Republican candidate -- New York Assemblywoman Dede Scozzafava -- has been the subject of local and national conservative scorn. Now comes the endorsement by the left's premier blogger -- and...

The sickos over at Kos never cease to amaze me. Irving Kristol died today. He was a great writer and thinker and admired on both sides of the aisle--even my own liberal father loved his columns and books. Yet here I see a thread on DailyKos tonight where they are reveling in his death, and even hoping his wife (and Bill Kristol's Mom) Gertrude Himmelfarb would die soon too. Here are the lovely comments... Paging Bill O'Reilly. He's been silent on them for a while.

Once again, the usual discord. On the one hand, U.S. envoy George Mitchell is in Israel to try — once again — to drum up Israeli-Palestinian peace talks that in President Obama’s vision are supposed to blossom, and in a rather short time, into an overall Arab-Israeli peace. On the other hand, the latest hit in the region is Jews as murderous organ harvesters. A story first offered by Algeria’s al-Khabar daily and now spreading like wildfire, the Jerusalem Post reports, in “the anti-Semitic blogosphere and many Arab and Muslim media outlets,” notably including Iran’s official Press TV agency, claims...

KEITH OLBERMANN, HOST: Breaking news at this hour: Saying the inclination to racism in the country still exists, former President Jimmy Carter has tonight told NBC News that it has again bubbled up to the surface and that much of the most extreme animosity towards President Obama stems from the belief—again quoting Jimmy Carter, “that African-Americans are not qualified to lead this great country,” unquote. With a hilariously studied seriousness, , Keith Olbermann and Lawrence O’Donnell discussed Jimmy Carter’s charges that racism was behind the opposition to Obama as though it was a brand new thought, rather than something both...

Here is video of far-left Daily Kos founder Markos Moulitsas on The Ed Schultz Show saying the "Public Option" is the "Waterloo" for them. Ed Schultz seems totally put out with Obama, as does Markos Moulitsas. Kos admits that what they really want is a "Single-Payer system" - which is code for a Total Government take over of Health Care. So, he says, they have "already compromised," and at least a "Public Option" is a must for them. . . . . (VIDEO)

The pushback after the resignation of Racist, Radical Marxist Van Jones is beginning... Kieth Olberman posted a diary on Daily KOS at 1PM today asking KOS'rs to send him EVERYTHING THEY HAVE on Glenn Beck,, Stu Burguiere, and Roger Ailes. QUOTE: Tuesday we will expand this to the television audience and have a dedicated email address to accept leads, tips, contacts, on Beck, his radio producer Burguiere, and the chief of his tv enablers, Ailes (even though Ailes' power was desperately undercut when he failed to pull off his phony "truce" push). This becomes necessary after this in order to...

Liberals in the mainstream media may publicly pretend that the appointment of a prosecutor to investigate so-called torture in the CIA is non-political but to the members of the Daily Kos it is all about politics. The politics of revenge. On the heels of the Eric Holder Justice Department dropping a voter intimidation case against members of the New Black Panther Party for threatening voters with billy clubs in Philadelphia, it was announced yesterday that Holder will appoint a prosecutor to investigate the CIA over the loud protests of that agency's director, Leon Panetta. Despite the public pretenses of many...

Democratic Congressmen may not be looking forward to the upcoming town halls in their own districts, but online liberal activists at the Daily Kos and Democratic Underground are already passing around ways to possibly triumph over the embarrassing you tube videos of government health care supporting politicians being confronted by average Americans.

An attorney for Sarah Palin has delivered a letter threatening legal action against an anti-Palin blogger who was the source of a divorce rumor that the attorney for the former Alaska governor called "categorically false." Publication of the letter at a Web site that repeated the rumor has uncovered circumstantial evidence that the anti-Palin blogger "Gryphen" is a kindergarten teacher at an Anchorage elementary school.... CNN stringer/anti-Palin blogger Dennis Zaki published ... a copy of a letter from Palin attorney Thomas Van Flein, ordering "Gryphen" to retract the allegations -- calling them "complete fabrications, false and defamatory" -- or face...

It is said that the people are revolting. You said it! They stink on ice! That pretty much sums up the attitude of the Kossacks at the Daily Kos. However, unlike the Mel Brooks version of King Louis XVI in "History of the World: Part I," the Kossacks are fearful, deeply fearful, of the people. They are worried that the Tea Party protesters who show up at the town hall meetings conducted by members of Congress might derail Obamacare due to the large turnouts and vehemence of their protests as you can see in this thread posted by Kossack icebergslim: Sure,...

You've probably already heard about the little mini-drama kicked off by President Obama's daughter Malia wearing a t-shirt with a peace symbol recently. But the wingnuts at Free Republic went absolutely apesh*t over it in a thread that has since been removed, then restored, then removed again. The racist idiots came out of the woodwork to say things like this: "A typical street whore." "A bunch of ghetto thugs." "Ghetto street trash." "Wonder when she will get her first abortion." Dear Mr. Robinson: I've given the matter quite a bit of thought and have decided it is time to ZOT you. I was tempted when I noticed posters were allowed to insult anyone who disagreed with them; even more tempted when I saw new posters banned for asking questions, or expressing an opinion outside the mainstream - (though I must confess anyone adopting the screen name "Christ was killed by conservatives" was not going to last very long ! I'm sure he was referring to the Sanhedrin, but still...) When I saw your post today about getting "millions of people"...

Is making a racist remark about President Obama's daughter worse than wishing a conservative talk show host would die? Such should be asked of MSNBC's Keith Olbermann who on Monday was quite angered by some truly tasteless comments about Malia Obama posted last week at Free Republic.Yet, back in April when Olbermann published a diary at the liberal website Daily Kos concerning his waterboarding challenge to Sean Hannity, the "Countdown" host wasn't at all outraged by the venomous attacks made on the Fox News star which included some Kossacks wishing he would die.For those that can stand it, here's a...

MoveOn rakes in $120K+ off Palin email @ 11:01 am by Jeremy P. Free Republic vs Daily Kos - The Big Picture I would like to make a very important point to those of you at Daily Kos. You may find delight in labeling all members of Free Republic as racists, but I would like to point out the plain and simple facts. Since January 22, 1973, the members who post on Free Republic have consistently voted for Senators and Representatives who are pro-life and who work to overturn the unconstitutional decision by a liberal Supreme Court to deny the right to life of the pre-born. It breaks our hearts that over 50...

Freepers, get the word out loud and wide. The Vancouver Sun "journalist" Chris Parry that defamed Jim Robinson and FreeRepublic is none other than radical left blogger "Hollywoodoz" at the Daily Kos. Chris also writes movie reviews, though these are pretty lame.
