<p>WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal agents in a sweep targeting the most dangerous criminal immigrants arrested 15 people who have been allowed to remain in the U.S. under President Barack Obama's executive action intended to protect children who came to the U.S. years ago with their parents, The Associated Press has learned.</p>

A coalition of states suing to stop President Barack Obama’s executive action on immigration alleges the government misled a judge about not implementing part of the plan before the judge temporarily halted it. The allegation comes after the Justice Department said in court documents this week that federal officials had given 100,000 people three-year reprieves from deportation and granted them work permits under a program that protects young immigrants from deportation if they were brought to the U.S. illegally as children. On my ride home from a hill country family vacation the internet finally came back around San Antonio. It was then that I learned that a protest was planned against Senator Ted Cruz by the beneficiaries of Obama's DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) Executive Order. These "chicos de suenos" enjoying a waiver from deportation for themselves, cared little that the "surge" of aliens of all ages and unknown histories were invading the USA relentlessly as a result of the DACA decree.
