Donald Trump is the leader of the "Galt-Right", a movement which rewards success, freedom and individuality. Sorry, not much of a post, just wanted to post something to counter the talk of all this "alt-Right" nonsense.

Hold on; we may finally be getting some fireworks in this lackluster presidential campaign -- as the Clinton Foundation scandal seems to be gathering steam. Could the Clintons finally have to face the music for their adult-lifetime of corruption? Is it possible that Hillary Clinton's lifelong scheme to be America's first female president could be derailed by this power couple's wanton venality? I've watched closely through the years the Clintons' uncanny agility at hurdling real scandals and coming out almost unscathed. Yes, Bill Clinton was impeached, but what a dud that turned out to be, with Clinton rising to the...

Do you know the old wheelbarrow joke? It's truly funny only to grandpas and the grandkids they tell it to, so I won't bother with the elaborate setup. For years a factory worker pushes a wheelbarrow full of straw past a security guard on his way out. Suspicious that the guy is stealing something, the guard looks in the straw but can't find anything. Finally, when the worker is retiring, the guard asks, "I know you've been stealing something -- can you tell me what it is? The guy smiles and says, "Wheelbarrows." That joke keeps popping into my head...

Comedy Central frustrated racial bean counters across America when it abruptly canceled "The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore" for the obvious reason: It "hasn't resonated." Its ratings were terrible, and nothing it aired went viral. It was a desperate stretch when one Wilmore staffer described their audience as "small, but (mighty)." A lack of market demand on a for-profit network is apparently no excuse to cancel a show. NPR TV critic Eric Deggans leaped to the microphone to pound the affirmative-action hard line: Had Comedy Central's audience "ultimately rejected a black man talking boldly about race in late night television?"...

With no regard to the massive carbon footprint she and her entourage are leaving in their wake, Hillary Clinton is jet-setting back and forth from East Coast to West Coast, on a record run of Big Bucks soirees with the uber-rich of Wall Street, Hollywood, and Silicon Valley (Rothschilds, Sabans, Katzenbergs, et al). Forget all her populist blather in the primaries about taking on the evil Too Big To Fail/Too Big To Jail Wall Street banksters (whom she voted to bail out). Now that Bernie Sanders has jumped on her bandwagon, she doesn’t have to pander to his voter base. ...

On Wednesday’s “Hannity” on the Fox News Channel, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump stated that people who have been in the US illegally for a long period of time won’t get citizenship “have to pay taxes, there’s no amnesty as such. There’s no amnesty. But we work with them.” Trump was asked, [relevant exchange begins around 3:30] “[Y]ou’re not a criminal alien, you committed no crimes, but you didn’t respect our laws and sovereignty. You also seem to be indicating there might be something other than they have to go back. Am I reading that right?” He answered, “Look, we...

Growth in overall health-care spending is slowing, but middle-class families’ share of the tab is getting larger, squeezing households already feeling stretched financially. Overall, health-care spending across the economy reached 18.2% of gross domestic product as of June, up from 13.3% in 2000, according to Altarum Institute, a health research group. However, the mix of who pays has evolved. The government has taken on a larger share in recent years as more people age into Medicare, and the Affordable Care Act expanded Medicaid and provided subsidies for low-income people buying insurance on state exchanges. Middle-class households are finding more of...

Students at the University of Chicago have been warned not to expect safe spaces or trigger warnings in the wake of several disrupted events at the institution at the hands of protesters. University officials are said to have told first-year students starting in the fall of its commitment to freedom of expression, saying it wanted civility and mutual respect but that it would still seek out ideas or opinions that were unpopular. The move comes after three high-profile incidents this year in which speakers invited to the university were interrupted or shut down and amid a trend of increasing political...

Hillary's flacks maintain that she has no serious health problems, but there is an increasingly public amount of evidence that they are lying. Her coughing fits, for example, have gone on for minutes during interviews and speeches and debates. The leftist establishment media has totally ignored this running story, but there is one venue in which her uncontrollable coughing and hacking cannot be hidden from the American people: the presidential debates. Because her health seems to getting worse all the time and because she has never appeared in a nationally televised presidential debate (indeed, even her few debates with Bernie...

NEW YORK – Judicial Watch’s release this week of 725 pages of State Department emails involving Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin demonstrates the Obama administration considers a large percentage of the emails sent through Clinton’s private server too sensitive for Congress or the American public to read. Of the 725 pages, more than 250 pages were 100 percent redacted, many with “PAGE DENIED” stamped in bold. Judicial Watch said the new cache includes previously unreleased email exchanges in which former Abedin “provided influential Clinton Foundation donors special, expedited access to the secretary of state.” Judicial Watch added that in many...

Laura Perrins: Working class men turn their backs on work By Laura Perrins Something strange is going on with the working class men of America. Many in this class of men are no longer working, and it is not for the lack of jobs.As Charles Murray explains in White America – while upper middle class men (and their wives) work more and more, working-class men work less and less to such and extent that we must insert those quotes – the working class man, is now the ‘working’ class man. This phenomenon has caught the attention of the White...
