A Mexican national who records show has been deported from the U.S. four times was arrested Saturday for allegedly fondling a 9 year-old Texas girl. According to the Parker County sheriff’s office, 35 year-old Israel Andrade allegedly broke into a Springtown, Tex. home around 6 a.m. and molested the young girl while her family was asleep, WFAA reports. Following the attack, the girl ran screaming to wake her parents. Isiah Haggins Jr., 16, was shot multiple times by the owner of the Step-N-Style clothing store in the Northwest Shopping Plaza on West Siebenthaler Avenue on June 30. Police said Haggins, along with another suspect, walked into the store armed with guns in a reported robbery attempt. Fox News has learned that 748 unaccompanied minors have been transferred from areas near the border to the Chicago area. Of the original group of 748 kids, 319 have been placed with family members or sponsors while they await an immigration hearing. Two North Carolina men are facing the death penalty in the murder of a young volunteer firefighter last December - but the victim’s wife says she has already forgiven them. Jalend Turner, 19, and Khari McClelland, 23, have been charged with first-degree murder for allegedly gunning down 25-year-old Marcus Kauffman during a burglary at his Rowan County home in December 2013. Kauffman, who served on the Scotch Irish Volunteer Fire Department, was shot in the head and died three weeks later from his injuries at Carolinas Medical Center.

Miami, Florida, residents are being told to buy an attack dog and "some firearms" in light of pending budget cuts slated to reduce the police force by "250 police officers." The cuts are part of a budget proposed by Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez. According to 7 News WSVN, the budget cuts will eliminate "close to 650 county jobs to fill a $64 million hole in the general fund." They told police that Fobbs suddenly launched an unprovoked attack on Richard, who was sitting on a bench outside the station’s waiting room, the report stated. Witnesses said Fobbs repeatedly hit Richard with his fists, leaving him bloodied. The incident was caught on the station’s surveillance camera. NEW ORLEANS — C. Ray Nagin, the former mayor of New Orleans who was convicted in February on corruption charges, was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Wednesday in federal court in New Orleans.
