ST. PETERSBURG - A 16-year-old boy was arrested Tuesday night in the slaying of a St. Petersburg police officer, ending a massive, daylong manhunt. Accompanied by his parents, Nicholas Lindsey turned himself in about 6 p.m. He was arrested on a first-degree murder charge after confessing in the fatal shooting of Officer David Crawford, police said.
