We're always warning people that elections matter. And the quickly approaching presidential election could matter a LOT to gun owners. Why? Because there is a very real - and very frightening - possibility that Hillary Clinton could be our next Commander in Chief. Like most liberals, she supports a host of anti-gun laws. She has pushed for these laws for a very long time. And she has undoubtedly learned from Obama how to work around Congress to impose radical ideas on Americans through executive orders. When she testified before the tax-writing Senate Finance Committee years ago, Hillary Clinton was asked...

It used to be that the gun grabbers desperately attempted to keep a thin veneer of plausible deniability on their ultimate goal of Confiscation. After all, you can’t very well sucker people into the government controlling their private property with Intergalactic Background Checks and registration if it’s known that those are but a pretext for confiscation later on. But now out of frustration at the lack of ‘progress’ in destroying out rights they have dropped the mask and are now calling for full on repeal of the second amendment, gun bans and outright confiscation. To be sure they still try...

Demonstrators in Chicago vowed to block shoppers from the city's world-famous Magnificent Mile Thursday to protest police shootings, one day after activists in Minnesota stormed the Mall of America and the Minneapolis airport. Organizers in Chicago are hoping the Christmas Eve demonstration will be a repeat of another Michigan Avenue demonstration in which a few hundred people disrupted shopping there on Black Friday. A group calling itself The Coalition for a New Chicago says the march will begin a noon at the south end of the Magnificent Mile shopping district and move north. The area is one of the largest...

In the extensive research on what the national socialist left has recently said about gun confiscation, banning guns or repealing the second amendment, I came across several fevered screeds from our comrades over at the Dailykos: In the first article they state what should bloody obvious to everyone in outlining their plans to Confiscate Guns: How to Ban Guns: A step by step, long term process By sporks Friday Dec 21, 2012 3:20 AM PST Alternative Link to the article:http://www.trapshooters.com/threads/the-mentality-we-are-up-against.175365/ This is just an short excerpt of the article, but it should be enough to confirm what we have known...

Tokyo (AFP) - Anti-Christmas protesters calling themselves "Losers with Women" marched through Tokyo's streets Saturday, bashing the upcoming holiday as a capitalist ploy that also discriminates against singletons. The group of about 20 -- part of the Communist-inspired group that routinely protests Western holidays -- marched under angry banners that read "Smash Christmas!" in Tokyo's Shibuya district, where couples and families strolled for holiday shopping. The scrooges -- mostly single men -- said they were against capitalism and were opposed to the commercialisation of Christmas. "In this world, money is extracted from people in love, and happy people support capitalism,"...

A Washington watchdog group says it has identified a second official in the Obama administration whose family history includes an investigation by the federal government into communist activities. Judicial Watch posted a report Friday that said Jeh Johnson, the secretary of Homeland Security, confirmed in a recent news conference that his grandfather appeared before the House Un-American Activities Committee in the 1940s. Judicial Watch said the FBI previously disclosed that "the dad, maternal grandpa and father-in-law of President Obama's trusted senior adviser, Valerie Jarrett, were hardcore Communists under investigation by the U.S. government." Johnson's family history is relevant, Judicial Watch...

NEW YORK — Before the United Nations can save the planet, it needs to clean up its own house. And as scandal after scandal has unfolded over the past decade, from Oil for Food to procurement fraud to peacekeeper rape, the size of that job has become stunningly clear. But any understanding of the real efforts that job entails should begin with a look at the long and murky career of Maurice Strong, the man who may have had the most to do with what the U.N. has become today, and still sparks controversy even after he claims to have...

The “infamy” of December 7, 1941, is deeper than most Americans have ever imagined. The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor was almost certainly the result of a Soviet plot—“Operation Snow”—carried out by Harry Dexter White, a figure of enormous influence in the Roosevelt administration and a known Soviet spy. Americans remember Pearl Harbor as the work of a Japanese military machine hell-bent on a war of conquest. The truth is more complicated. The imperial regime had faced severe political shocks throughout the 1930s. Two attempts on the life of Emperor Hirohito—one by a Japanese communist whose father was a member...

Jane Fonda Writes ‘Note to Self’ on CBS, Praising Herself for Her Anti-War Activism In the latest edition of its Note to Self series, Monday’s CBS This Morning featured left-wing actress Jane Fonda reciting a letter to herself in which she praised her own activism against the Vietnam war: “Your biggest strength will be that you won't shutdown and become cynical. You'll become an activist.†File footage ran of Fonda’s infamous posing on a North Vietnamese anti-aircraft gun used to shoot down American planes, as audio played of her defending the action at the time: “I didn't go to North...

Two senior U.N. officials said Monday they are "sickened by blatant manifestations of hatred and intolerance" by public figures and others, particularly against Muslims, in response to recent extremist attacks. Adama Dieng, the special adviser on the prevention of genocide, and Jennifer Welsh, the special adviser on the responsibility to protect civilians, said any "advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence" is prohibited by international human rights law and laws in many countries. In a joint statement, they denounced "the deliberate and dangerous spread of misinformation and the manipulation of people's fears...

Should Obama be impeached and removed from office for being on a Terror watch list? With terrorism in the news the Democratic national socialist party has once again trotted out one of it's perennially favorite scams: The "terror watch list" issue. They have few concerns about the importation of terrorist 'Refugees' [and future illegal Democratic voters] and the down play the threat of ISIS (Daesh) but suddenly become agitated over the possibility of using those issues against their enemies. Yes, there nothing like a serious crisis that can be used for crass political gain to energize the Democratic national socialist...

Despite France's draconian gun laws, terrorists have once again proven that only good people obey bad laws, and they do so to their own detriment. It is important to realize that the best security practices, people, and technology governments have to offer could not thwart the ISIS attacks in Paris. Nor will these practices, institutions, and technologies thwart the next attack. [..] Thankfully, the reality of these attacks is that they can be deterred, disrupted, and even defeated by properly trained and well-armed civilian populous. A handful of properly trained civilians carrying concealed weapons in the Bataclan Theatre could have...

Wow- More insanity from the American left. On Friday eight ISIS linked terrorists slaughtered 132 people in Paris. At least one of the Islamists posed as a refugee to enter Europe - in October. The Islamic terrorists gutted their victims on the floor of the Bataclan concert hall. Democrat Rep. Jan Schakowsky from Illinois told SiriuxXM radio that the Paris terrorist attacks last week were a "chilling reminder" that the U.S. needs more restrictive gun laws. France has some of the strictest gun laws in the West. Only terrorists and criminals are packing heat. Via News Alert:

Saturday nights are for parties, friends, and trips to the movies. Politics? Hardly. Yet, the Democratic National Committee decided to schedule the second Democratic presidential debate for tonight in Iowa. Because of the stunning tragedy in Paris, the debate discussion has been modified to focus largely on foreign policy and national security. The RNC, unsurprisingly, believes the Democrats' decision to host a debate on the weekend is an obvious attempt to shield Hillary Clinton from any kind of challenge on her path to the primary. Here's Communications Director Sean Spicer's take on it: If a tree falls in the middle...

Leftist activists interrupted and spit on Conservatives attending a free speech rally at Yale. One student, Edward Columbia, who did not register for the event, showed up near the beginning of the event and began displaying signs at the front of the room stating, "Stand with your sisters of color. Now, here. Always, everywhere."

(Reuters) - The U.S. postal workers union's executive board said on Thursday it had voted to endorse Bernie Sanders for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2016, the union said in a statement. The endorsement was a setback for Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton, who has been vying with Sanders, her chief rival, for the support of organized labor."Politics as usual has not worked. It's time for a political revolution," said Mark Dimondstein, president of the postal workers union. Dimondstein called Sanders, a U.S. senator from Vermont, "a true champion" of workers.

At the University of Missouri, student activists succeeded this week in forcing the resignation of President Timothy M. Wolfe, charging that he has not done enough to address persistent racism on campus. Tim Tai, a University of Missouri student, got a freelance assignment from ESPN to photograph the reaction of victorious activists at the tent city they set up in a public area of campus. As a matter of law, he had an indisputable First Amendment right to photograph events transpiring outdoors on public property. But student activists did not want their tent city or the people in it photographed,...

A Hennepin County judge on Tuesday dismissed charges against organizers of the massive Black Lives Matter protest at the Mall of America in Bloomington last Christmas season. The leaders of the protest, which drew more than 2,000 people to the mall on Dec. 20, had faced misdemeanor charges of aiding and abetting trespass, aiding and abetting unlawful assembly, and aiding and abetting disorderly conduct. In a 137-page decision, Chief Judge Peter Cahill dismissed all charges against the 11 organizers, while keeping in place trespass charges against 17 individual protesters.

Whatever happened to welcoming the 'huddled masses,' Hillary? Hillary Clinton is a pro-amnesty candidate who has promised to do everything possible to help bring illegals “out of the shadows†and let them stay in the country. Her surrogates have had a field day deriding anyone who disagrees as a hate-fueled racist who spends his days living in terror of “brown people.†This is particularly true of Donald Trump, who’s been labeled a disgusting monster for suggesting that maybe the millions of illegals pouring across our southern border aren’t the wonderful, God-fearing, people the left would have you believe they are....
