AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency said Thursday night it will strip Lance Armstrong of his unprecedented seven Tour de France titles after he declared he was finished fighting the drug charges that threaten his legacy as one of the greatest cyclists of all time. Travis Tygart, USADA's chief executive, said Armstrong would also be hit with a lifetime ban on Friday.

President Obama has authorized the use of aerial drone strikes in Libya to aid rebels fighting to oust dictator Col. Moammar Gadhafi, Defense Secretary Robert Gates announced Thursday. Gates stressed that even though the United States will begin using the armed Predator drones in Libya, American soldiers will not be deployed to the country. He said the Libyan people will have to remove Gadhafi themselves, though the U.S. "can provide them with some cover from the air." The announcement falls in line with the Obama administration's pledge to not put American boots on the ground to remove Gadhafi from power....

On FOXNews this AM. CIA operatives are now actively declining to interrogate captured terrorists or move them to Guantanamo. With Obama/Holder prosecutors hovering over every case, trying to find ways to indict CIA officers, and Guantanamo becoming nothing more than R & R for the terrorists, experienced CIA officers now refuse to have anything to do with captured terrorists. One case in point was a long-sought terrorist HVT captured by Pakistanis. When CIA was contacted to come question or take custody of him, CIA declined.
