A new chapter in American politics has begun. Millions of Americans on the right and left have lost faith in their political parties, their government and even the economic system. Only 1 in 4 Americans are satisfied with the way things are going. Policy experts will offer various arguments why at least some of these people are wrong to feel this way, but the discontented will not tolerate arguments that amount to “Don’t believe your lying eyes — or wallets.” In politics, feelings are more important than hard numbers.

There is only one person who controls Hillary Clinton’s fate, and it isn’t Hillary Clinton. Mrs. Clinton is careening toward possible criminal charges involving her alleged mishandling of classified material on her personal email server while she was secretary of State. And President Obama is driving the bus. She and her team have, of course, reverted to form, blaming everyone but themselves: a “right-wing conspiracy,” The New York Times, overzealous investigators. What they are missing, however, is the one figure who wants her taken out politically, and who has the power to do it. She and Mr. Obama have a...

The Journal of Muslim Minority Affairs (JMMA) is more than a journal. It is a book commissioned by the House of Saud and published by the Institute for Muslim Minority Affairs (IMMA). The book contains plans for Muslim conquest and includes a blueprint for the infiltration of non-Muslim lands. And it all starts with the father of Huma Abedin, Sayed Zaynul Abedin. Huma Abedin served on the board of the Institute for Muslim Minority Affairs for many years at the same time she worked for Hillary Clinton. The agenda of the IMMA? In their own words, it is “to grow...

A House Democrat thinks that Hillary Clinton’s e-mail server scandal has the potential to ruin her political career. “I think if she intentionally misled or lied to the American people and did something that was clearly against the rules, and knowingly did it against the rules, if that is the ultimate conclusion, then I think she has disqualified herself,” Representative John Yarmuth (D., Ky.) told a local political reporter. Yarmuth endorsed then-Senator Barack Obama in his 2008 presidential bid against Clinton. “I’m not saying she is more divisive,” he said at the time. “[But] she is less capable of bridging...

I haven't seen a thread on this, but I've decided to start it. Name the date that Hillary Rodham Clinton will officially bow out of the race, literally by hook or by crook. Name a time (Eastern) as well. In case of a tie date, the one closest in time (over or under) will win the prize. In the case that she does not bow out of the race, but someone else is nominated, then the official nomination of the president at the DNC will mark the date/time of her being out. If she's the nominee and is not subsequently...

RUSH: It wasn't long ago that website that you can register if you wanted to commit adultery, if you wanted to cheat on your spouse, Ashley Madison, got hacked. Today the hackers released almost 10 gigabytes worth of names of people who had registered on the AshleyMadison.com website. Now, they've put it on the dark web, which you need a Tor browser to be able to see, but it's bled over now, and the names are gonna be out there. I'm sitting here, I'm wondering is Bill Clinton more worried about what will show up on Hillary's server or what's...

Clinton Lawyer Says Her Email Server Was Wiped Clean By STEPHEN BRAUN WASHINGTON — Hillary Rodham Clinton's personal lawyer has told a Senate committee that emails and all other data stored on her computer server were erased before the device was turned over to federal authorities. In a letter sent last week to Sen. Ron Johnson, the chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, attorney David Kendall said the server was transferred to the FBI on Aug. 12 by Platte River Networks, a Denver firm hired by Clinton to oversee the device. The Senate committee made Kendall's letter public on...

Hillary Clinton fielded questions about guns and about the self-defense law known as “stand your ground” during a town hall event held in Las Vegas on Tuesday. Clinton did not present any specific proposals to beef up gun control laws. Instead, she repeated the common call for “common sense” legislation to expand universal background checks. “I feel so strongly that we are way out of balance here,” Clinton told the woman who asked her about guns — an activist with the Nevada branch of the gun control group Moms Demand Action. “I don’t see any conflict between the legitimate protection...

The State Department destroyed the BlackBerry devices issued to two top aides of former Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton, and never issued Mrs. Clinton a device at all, officials told a federal court Wednesday. The filing came a day before officials will have to appear in court to detail the steps they took to try to track down Mrs. Clinton’s emails, and whatever computers or other devices she may have used to send them. Judicial Watch, a conservative public interest law firm, has sued to get a look at the emails of Mrs. Clinton and two top aides at State: Huma...

Washington (CNN)—Since announcing his campaign in late June, Donald Trump has quickly leapt to the top of the Republican field, leading recent polls nationally, in Iowa and in New Hampshire. And now, for the first time in CNN/ORC polling, his gains among the Republican Party have boosted him enough to be competitive in the general election. The poll finds Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton ahead of Trump by just 6 points, a dramatic tightening since July. Trump is the one of three Republican candidates who have been matched against Clinton multiple times in CNN/ORC polling to significantly whittle the gap between...
