NEW YORK (AP) — A lawsuit accused a Russia-born businessman and convicted felon with ties to President Donald Trump of hacking into a Hollywood friend's electronics and accessing confidential information about her celebrity contacts and Hollywood projects. Felix Sater denied those allegations Monday, telling The Associated Press they had absolutely no truth to them. Stella Bulochnikov Stolper, a former manager for the singer Mariah Carey, sued Sater and his personal assistant in New York on Friday, alleging they created an electronic backdoor to tap into her computers, smart phones and other devices.

More than any other matter, Christians who become famous or in any way visible public figures will one day be asked by media outlets what they think about homosexuality. The question becomes: What and how is the best way to respond? The touchy subject has resurfaced again in light of singer Lauren Daigle, whose popularity is surging, and her response when asked on "The Domenick Nati Show" if she thought homosexuality was a sin. She said she could not say because she isn't God. Several prominent voices asked her to retract, some more stern than others, while others urged people...

The slap on the wrist came over the objection of prosecutors, who asked for one to three years in prison. Tekashi took a no-jail plea deal in 2015 but Assistant DA Sara Weiss said he had repeatedly violated the agreement by getting into trouble during the probationary period and it should be yanked. Tekashi, 22, was busted in Texas last January for choking a teen fan and nabbed a few months later in Brooklyn for driving on a suspended license and assaulting a cop. A soft Manhattan judge went easy on rainbow-haired rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine and sentenced him to four...

The bitter divorce battle between billionaire bond king Bill Gross and his ex-wife is beginning to stink — like vomit, flatulence and dead fish. The California moneyman, who lost his beloved 13,819-square-foot Laguna Beach home to his ex-wife in the breakup, used foul-smelling sprays to leave the place a stinking mess — and placed dead fish in the air vents, a “disgusted” Sue Gross claimed in court papers last week. Mrs. Gross, who won a temporary restraining order against Bill last week, has the evidence of his foul play — empty spray bottles in the trash cans... In addition, security...

As the world learned the news Friday that renowned chef and food writer Anthony Bourdain had died by apparent suicide, the same phone number flooded the internet. The surprise commencement speaker at the Florida high school where a gunman killed 17 people in February was Jimmy Fallon, who said he wanted to thank the students personally for their courage and bravery. “Most commencement speakers get up and talk in future tense: `You will succeed. You will make us proud, you will change the world,’ the “Tonight Show” host said. “But I’m not going to say that, because you’re not the future. You’re the present. … You are succeeding, you are making us proud.” Fallon joked about his own less-than-stellar high school performance — it took having to...

Matt Damon is moving his family to Australia — in part because the liberal star’s fed up with President Trump.
