The controversial panel included two of America’s leading Islamophobes. Could you imagine a panel on Jewish issues featuring Mel Gibson? Why has hate become a part of mainstream conservatism? We saw an example of this Monday at The Heritage Foundation, a one-time quasi-respected conservative think tank. It appears that those days are gone, as Heritage has now become a platform for people denounced by the Anti-Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center for their hate-filled rhetoric. So what happened Monday? You may have read Dana Milbank’s column in The Washington Post about the panel—on the “unanswered questions” around Benghazi—that turned...

How low can CAIR go? When Muslim groups decided to protest the 9/11 Museum for its Islamophobia, they did it the traditional way, with anti-Semitism. ... The “Jews Against Islamophobia” protest, aside from the usual handful of elderly Trotskyists associated with radical anti-Israel groups, the protesters were Muslim women in Burkas and Hijabs holding up signs claiming to be Jews. And the media not only did not report on it, but allowed them to get away with it. There’s no other group that would have been allowed to pull a blatant fraud like this with no one to say a...

And To Pay $303,333 To Muslims The US government has forced the state of Oklahoma to overturn its anti-Sharia bill, after a Muslim man named Muneer Awad sued the state for supposed violations against “freedom of religion.” CAIR also played a role in subverting the bill. Adam Soltani of CAIR said: Sharia is the moral code of conduct for Muslims, and that includes certain aspects of laws, like marital laws, divorce, inheritance, wills…it encompasses part of that, but it’s also the moral code of conduct The state of Oklahoma must now pay $303,333 to Awad for legal fees, costs...

Bus ads linking Islam with Nazism are circulating through Washington, DC - sparking a furious debate about the role of free speech. "Islamic Jew-hatred: It's in the Quran. Two-thirds of all US aid goes to Islamic countries. Stop racism. End all aid to Islamic countries," the ad states, over a fine-print disclaimer from the Metro transit authority. The ads, which are featured on twenty Metro buses, feature a photo of Adolf Hitler in conversation with "his staunch ally" Haj Amin al-Husseini, the grand mufti of Jerusalem during World War II. Al-Husseini has become an important figurehead for anti-Semitism in the...

Ever since President Obama’s speech in 2009 in Cairo — the birthplace of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) — there have always been questions about the Obama administration’s link to the grandfather of Islamic terrorism. Now, thanks to the work of Ryan Mauro at the Clarion Project, it seems the concern is warranted, as Mauro reports that “Newly declassified documents obtained by the Clarion Project show that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) misled members of Congress in 2012 about its involvement with Muslim Brotherhood-linked entities. Further, the documents show that there were even a number of internal...

More Republicans are pushing for an immigration overhaul.House Republican leaders are mum on a timetable for advancing immigration overhaul legislation and have so far been noncommittal on moving on the issue before the end of the 113th Congress. But a group of mayors and business leaders from across the political spectrum is determined to prove that momentum is growing for a rewrite of the nation’s immigration laws — even among conservatives. The coalition, Partnership for a New American Economy, on Wednesday held the first in a series of monthly conference calls moderated by Americans for Tax Reform President Grover Norquist...

Support for the decision of Brandeis University not to award Ayaan Hirsi Ali an honorary degree, after previously announcing it would do so, has coalesced around the notion that while Islamic radicalism can be criticized, even condemned, one cannot criticize Islam itself. By condemning both, and by implying strongly that Radical Islam and Islam are indistinguishable, Ms. Ali—so the argument goes—not only does not deserve an honorary degree; she is, in fact, a bigot. Ms. Ali’s critics are wrong. At the very least, radical Islam is just as valid a version of Islam as any other, and may even be...

The 9/11 Memorial Museum Pavilion, seen in the left of this picture, will open to the public on May 21, 2014. (Photo: National September 11 Memorial Museum) (CNSNews.com) – Days before the National September 11 Memorial Museum opens in New York, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is stepping up its campaign to urge organizers to edit a video presentation on al-Qaeda, to remove terms such as “Islamist extremism” and “jihadism.” An earlier CAIR initiative – a letter last month co-signed by several other Muslim and Arab-American organizations, complaining to museum directors about what they called “academically controversial terminology”...

The Home Depot in Dearborn MI, was the latest victim succumbing to the demands of an organization that shouldn’t even be in existence in the United States. Once again, the questions that begs to be answered is how is this training even occurring? Since when are “religious” entities allowed to give training to corporations, albeit private, when no other religion could do the same? The following is CAIR’s announcement of its “cultural” training:

Robert Spencer will be speaking at the Freedom Center’s Wednesday Morning Club in Los Angeles on Monday, May 12, 2014. For more info, click here. It may be warm outside now, but from colder hearts a winter blizzard is blowing. These cold hearts are frozen in the endless winter of Islam that leaves them empty of mercy for even their own daughters. The title of Robert Spencer’s new book, “Arab Winter Comes to America: The Truth About the War We’re In” may reference the now infamous Arab Spring, but its focus is more on domestic policy than on foreign policy....

Since the start of the ill-named “Arab Spring,” the Muslim Brotherhood has been very much in the news. Coming to power through democratic elections in Egypt and Tunisia, they were toppled within a short time by the people, who discovered their true intentions. There were some in the West – but not all – who saw the light as well. British Prime Minister David Cameron has ordered a comprehensive review of the movement,... its activities in Britain and its impact on the country’s interests. The decision was made because the Brotherhood is allegedly behind terrorist operations in Egypt, and because...

Hate to keep reminding you all of the charming deeds of those who follow the “religion of peace,” but someone has to sound the clarion call. Here are some more examples of how “coexist” is working out. According to a report by Pamela Engel writing for Business Insider, “Earlier this month, late at night, insurgents (aka Islamic terrorists) captured more than 200 teenage girls from a school in northern Nigeria, an area of the country that has been infiltrated by the terror group (aka Islamic terrorists) Boko Haram. Its aim is to stop Westernization and create an Islamic state ruled...

A Florida Islamic group is accusing some Republican Party lawmakers and local party organizations of fostering anti-Muslim sentiment. The Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, sent letters to almost every Republican Club or party extension in the state, asking the groups to stop bringing speakers who espouse anti-Islamic views. The letter said it represented the interests of more than 150,000 registered Florida Muslim voters. Hassan Shibly, executive director for CAIR, based in Tampa, said such speakers not only inflame anti-Islam tensions but have also led to discriminatory legislation: namely Senate Bill 386, which would ban foreign laws from being enacted...

Morgan Stanley and New York Life recently sponsored a banquet held by the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). CAIR was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial, the largest successful terrorism financing prosecution in US history. In that trial, CAIR was identified as a Muslim Brotherhood front group and an affiliate of HAMAS. In addition, in 2008, the FBI broke off relations with CAIR due to its ties to HAMAS, an officially-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO).

the cowardice and hypocrisy of Brandeis University's decision to revoke its commencement invitation to Ayaan Hirsi Ali. ... Brandeis’ relationship with terrorism isn’t just theoretical: "… around 1970 ... Brandeis saw three of its women students posted to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted List (Angela Davis, Susan Saxe and Katherine Power), no small feat since only seven women were ever put on that FBI list in all of its history.” ... Katherine Ann Power ... started at the Brandeis University SDS chapter, then migrated to Weather Underground terror and murder. She killed a local Waltham cop, then went into hiding...

Brandeis sides with a spawn of Hamas over a champion of women’s rights. Author’s Note: This week, capitulating to Islamic-supremacist agitation led by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), Brandeis University reneged on its announced plan to present an honorary degree to Ayaan Hirsi Ali, the heroic human-rights activist. In my 2010 book, The Grand Jihad, I devoted a chapter to the origins and purposes of CAIR, its roots in the Muslim Brotherhood’s Hamas-support network, and its aim to silence critics of Islamic supremacism. In light of the continuing success of this campaign — despite a federal terrorism-financing prosecution that...

"HONOR DIARIES" might not be coming to a theater near you, at least not if CAIR gets its way. The award-winning documentary about "honor" violence against girls and women in much of the Muslim world was released last month in honor of International Women's Day, and it didn't take long for the Council on American Islamic Relations to slap its all-purpose "Islamophobic!" label on it. The film has been shown in dozens of venues, but CAIR has raised enough of a stink to get screenings cancelled on several college campuses, including the University of Michigan and the University of Illinois....

The Islamists have a lot in common with the militant homosexual activists in their aggressive efforts to silence critics who tell the truth about their bad behavior and sinister agenda. Yet another glaring example has emerged. On Thursday, the Thomas More Law Center reported on the shameful capitulation of Boston-area Brandeis University to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a group associated with the Muslim Brotherhood. CAIR demanded that Brandeis withdraw the offer of an honorary degree to a prominent critic of Islam, Ayaan Hirsi Ali. In a slanderous, bullying open letter to Brandeis University, CAIR launched a personal attack...
