In a meeting with a small group of reporters in his Capitol Hill office this morning, House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, criticized President Obama and White House officials for their lack of resolve in negotiations. “Dealing with them the last couple months has been like dealing with Jell-o,” Boehner said. “Some days it’s firmer than others. A bit of good news for the GOP in Florida-16: The First District Court of Appeal ruled that signs can go up saying a vote for Foley is a vote for Negron, if they also say a vote for Mahoney is a vote for Mahoney. The appellate court both upheld and reversed parts of the lower court which granted an injunction stopping signs from being posted in polling places in counties in the 16th Congressional district. The order prohibits the Secretary of State from posting its signs, which only mention Negron for Foley. The Judges said those signs "suggest favoritism...

Isn’t it great how often that Kerry’s own words show what a bonehead he is? The DNC ad that is running now called “Strength” shows exactly how weak Kerry is in regards to the WOT. Just listen to the ad (you can view it here): www.democrats.org/strength/index.html Has anyone else noticed that he says, “blah, blah, strong alliances and then we will be able to TELL the terrorists that you will lose and we will win, blah, blah.”? He intends to “tell the terrorists"? We need a President who will kill, destroy, annihilate, eliminate, etc. the freaking terrorists. This ad needs...

This is my first posting. I will try to to break the rules. Here is my theory about the Bush-Cheney ’04 campaign—its history and future. This theory comes from an ordinary conservative man with absolutely no inside tracks on what is really happening at the campaign. I, like many of you, have often wondered why the BC04 campaign was not more aggressive in its assault against Kerry-Edwards. Were they really trying to emulate the Bush 41 failed campaign? Then, a thought occurred to me—“Lautenberg.” If BC04 drives down Kerry’s poll numbers before he is officially the nominee, the Dems might...
