I'm trying to find a print story on this incident -- of course, I'm not expecting one in the mainstream press, but do you know if any articles have been written on this??

Mornin'!
There may or may not have been a concerted late-night effort at my school to decorate a large portion of my very liberal campus in yellow ribbons and pro-troops signs.
How about special counsel Fritsgerald comment about preferring his indictment of Mr. Libby to have been made in the election of 2004? Great people we have "protecting" our judicial system.
I listened to Fitsgerald's comments during his press conference -- he never mentioned anything about the election. I think what he was saying was that he would have preferred the investigation to only take a few months instead of taking over a year.
Granted, Fitsgerald's investigation should have concluded once it was determined that Plame was not covert and no law was broken -- the remainder of the investigation was a perjury trap. However, I think it's quite a stretch to claim that Fitsgerald is some sort of Democrat party hack out to bring down a Presidency.
Keep in mind, despite what Fairy Reid has said, Fitsgerald has publically and categorically denied that the indictment of Libby is an indictment of the war in any way, shape, or form.

The Washington Times' website is down, but Drudge has a headline linking to their site about a black Republican being pelted with Oreo cookies by black Dems...

It'll obviously be a Bush-bash. You might wanna get a group of your fellow conservatives together and hand out some flyers containing actual truthful information -- namely, the incompetant and continuous failures of both Mayor Nagin and Gov. Blanco.
Rush had a good point on his show not long ago -- when we point out how the Marxists like Schumer are truly out of the mainstream, we're able to cite examples and proof.
However, when they go around throwing the "extreme right-winger" label around, they're completely unable to back it up with any kind of factual statement outside of the fact that we don't favor murdering unborn children.
