Sometime during the next 10 weeks, it should arrive - my sliver of President Bush's $1.35 trillion tax cut. I'm married, and we paid taxes last year, and we don't owe the IRS anything. So my husband and I should get the max - $600. Singles should get $300 and single parents $500.
