The Baton Rouge legislative delegation is waiting to meet with Gov. Kathleen Blanco at this hour to plead for relief for Baton Rouge. Rep. Michael Jackson, D-Baton Rouge, said at 12:40 p.m. Thursday that the group of local legislators want the governor to stop the influx of evacuees to Baton Rouge.
