Sometimes we need an analogy to really understand what is going on here and how stupid thing have got. We both need a new pair of jeans and we separately we go to Macy's and shop. You find a pair, try them on, try on another or two, then take your new jeans to the sales counter. The sales person is courteous and gives you paper work for a Macy's charge card which you fill out and get approved and you buy your new jeans, walk out with your jeans in a nice bag and you have a paper receipt...
