  • Question for the Techno-Minded...

When I visited my college roommate earlier this summer, his wife had a device on her keychain that looked like a thermometer but it generated a random code that was her logon of the moment on her network at work. I am researching secure logon methods and aside from the usual ways, I am trying to reference what this is and even find a website for it. If this sounds familiar, I would appreciate some feedback. Thanks!!!

FORT BRAGG (WTVD) -- Fourth of July festivities on Fort Bragg could proceed as scheduled thanks to the community's response to a devastating fire. A warehouse that housed the 82nd Airborne Division's band and orchestra instruments was completely destroyed Friday evening. The Korean War-era building was filled with close to $1 million in equipment and uniforms for the 82nd Airborne Band.

A tragic accident last week claimed the life of a senior USFK officer serving at Yongsan Garrison: Friendly and self-sacrificing were how friends and co-workers described a soldier during a memorial service at Yongsan Garrison on Friday. Lt. Col. David Frankenhauser, 8th U.S. Army Special Troops Battalion, was killed Monday when he was struck by a Seoul city bus while crossing the road near Yongsan Station. Those close to him gathered at the Memorial Chapel to pay their respects. “Today we are here to fulfill our part of the commitment we make as warriors,” said Special Troops Battalion commander Lt....

In one of Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan novels, I remember Sergey Golovko (I think) telling Jack Ryan that "girl children are God's curse on men for being men". Does anybody remember which book had that quote? Bonus question: What page? Thanks!!

TRIPOLI, Libya (AP) — Libya plans to bid for the 2010 World Cup and 2006 African Cup of Nations and is seeking support from other regional soccer federations. FIFA, soccer's governing body, has said it would like to hold a World Cup in Africa, but Libya is an unlikely candidate. The country has been under international sanctions since the 1988 bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, in which killed 270 people. A former Libyan intelligence agent was convicted in the bombing. The sanctions were suspended but not lifted in 1999. The next World Cup is May 31-June...

Reyna 'Disgusted' By Celtic Fan's Sick Taunts RANGERS midfielder Claudio Reyna has branded the Celtic supporter who mimicked a plane during yesterday's Old Firm game as "disgusting''. The fan was caught on camera making the gesture to the US international after the horrific terrorist attack on New York and Washington last month. Celtic are investigating the incident, which happened at Ibrox as American Reyna prepared to take a corner in the early moments of the derby game. As he prepared to fly home for the USA’s World Cup qualifier with Jamaica, Reyna told STV’s Scotland Today: "It's disgusting to ...
  • FSTV, Only Free for Liberals?!?

Flipping through the nether regions of my DISH Network program guide, I come upon a channel labeled FSTV somewhere in the 9000's. This is 'Free Speech' TV. But everytime I get there they are spouting an ultra-left agenda that makes Dan Rather look moderate. Who runs this waste of bandwidth and why isn't there a more balanced selection in this "public interest" section of DISH Network? DirecTV owners, do you also have this? Just wondering, GISax Ear Assault!
