One thing the Palm Beach County Commissioners accidently proved Saturday in their aborted hand-recount attempt was that Bush voters had more trouble punching out their ballot 'chad' than Gore voters. Bush's name was higher on the ballot, so the Bush voter's stylus was more on an angle, and got stuck more often going down the stylus guide/hole!!!
