Exactly right. The optics of this case take precedence over the normal agreement that the black community has with law enforcement. Enforcement in the hood is differnet than in other parts of town. That is just the reality. The police and the community both understand this. Its that tacit agreement that informs every contact.

Thank you Anderson for that question. I figured your first question would involve my audio from 11 years ago, because for you and your colleagues in the media it would seem like the perfect basis for a gotcha question, or as Paul Ryan called it, the elephant in the room.

Let me tell you what the elephant in the room is what the real question should have been Anderson, it should have been why do Americans despise the media? That is the real question and the one I will answer for you because this will likely be the last presidential debate to be moderated by you and your friends; because the people will probably demand a different forum from now on. Why? Because you in the media are, almost all, patently dishonest and corrupt. For some reason you’ve taken what used to be an honorable profession and convinced yourselves that having your finger on the scale is a necessary deed in order to elect a liberal who parrots your same worldview. Now before you gasp and collectively clutch your pearls in disgust because I called you out on your dishonesty, remember one thing. All of this, the entire campaign is about the American people, not you and obviously not me. They are sick that you and the media are corrupt. They are sick that the FBI and the IRS have been weaponized against them. Hillary, since our last debate we’ve all seen the video where you frustratingly asked why you weren’t 50 points ahead. Let me tell you why you aren’t ahead and why your personal attacks against me aren’t working.

This is why. It isn’t about me. The Americans you labeled as deplorable or unworthy of redemption have graciously accepted me to be their voice in this campaign. And it is a role I do not take lightly. In fact, it is humbling.

When the FBI found out Obama emailed using the private server as well as an alias, it changed everything. That made Obama as guilty as everyone else. Comey must have concluded he couldn’t indict all of them, so he opted to indict none of them.

An observation:

But frankly, lets be honest folks, she and her party cannot be trusted to keep us safe or fix the economy. And the only difference between her and Obama is that he thinks we had ISIS contained and she thinks we had Benghazi contained. Who can afford that kind of thinking? Certainly not you and your kids.

He can also refuse to further engage the GOPe, Rubio, Carson and the others. Simply say there are three main issues in this campaign (national security, illegal immigration, and the economy), four if you include leadership. And the people have spoken. Lets talk about my plan to (fill in the blank).

From there he just needs to look and act Presidential.
