Poland is leading a call for tough measures against Russia at a Brussels summit, Thursday, as the Crimean parliament votes for a referendum to leave Ukraine. Before an emergency summit on the crisis in Ukraine, Prime Minister Donald Tusk had talks with leaders of the Visegrad Group of countries - Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland - on a response to the Ukraine crisis. It's called the 1033 program, a program that makes outdated military equipment available to law enforcement agencies. Tarrant County Community College southeast campus in Arlington is on lockdown midday Tuesday after reports of an armed suspect near campus. Scanner traffic indicates that Grand Prairie Police are looking for an armed burglary suspect who has a stolen .22 firearm. Suspect is reportedly wearing a black hoodie.
