The Brevard County Commission is now proposing a new ordinance called the Save Endangered Areas or as we term it the Sea Ordinance. This proposed ordinance is a clear violation of property rights. This ordinance would force the taking of 1/2 of any landowner's property of five acres or more or greater withon specified areas and turn it into a preserve at the expense of the landowner without any compensation. Recently, the Brevard County commission had voted to put a ballot initiative asking the voters as to whether or not they wanted a one percent sales tax hike which would go supposedly for capital improvemnets. After today's rally in Orlando Florida, I call On all Freepers In Central Florida to join the RLC and all RLC members to join Free Republic and have both organizations with a chapter in this region. Free Republic and the RLC just about agree on everything. Its time for us to unite. Together we can do great things.
