VIDEOThis is a local story that should be national. The Democrat Sheriff of Palm Beach County, Ric Bradshaw, has DENOUNCED the federal open border policy that has allowed this country to be flooded with dangerous illegal aliens. Three of the illegals were just arrested in his jurisdiction for sexually assaulting a local woman. Meanwhile Joe Biden who ALREADY has the power to shut down the border without any additional legislation is now on an apology tour for calling an illegal murderer "illegal."

The Left has spent most of the last few days howling over Joe Biden’s reversal on Washington DC’s reckless criminal-justice “reform” bill. Imagine what they will do if and when Biden decides to reverse his own reckless border policies. With the pressure building for border security after the kidnapping and murders of Americans over the weekend, Biden won’t have much choice but to make changes.According to the New York Times, that time may have arrived:The Biden administration is considering reviving the practice of detaining migrant families who cross the border illegally — the same policy the president shut down over...

On July 27, 2022, 20-year-old Kayla Hamilton from Aberdeen, Maryland was raped and strangled to death in her bed, according to WMAR Baltimore. Investigators learned that Hamilton was autistic and that she had recently moved to the area with her boyfriend. DNA evidence collected at the scene led investigators to a 17-year-old boy from El Salvador who entered the United States last March as an “unaccompanied minor.” The suspect, whose name has not been revealed, is listed in El Salvador as a member of Malva Salvatrucha, which is MS-13, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed to Fox 6 Now. Now,...

The Supreme Court will hear arguments Tuesday over a blocked Biden administration policy that would prioritize deportation of people in the country illegally who pose the greatest public safety risk. The arguments are scheduled to start at 10 a.m. ET. Listen in the player above. Republican-led states sued and won a nationwide court order that is meant to limit immigration officers’ discretion in deciding whom to deport. The justices are hearing arguments in the case Tuesday.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott thinks border states must take action in the face of federal inaction. But is it too little, too late?DEL RIO, Texas — What happens in border states when the federal government refuses to enforce immigration laws amid a record surge of illegal immigration? Are those states, and the elected officials charged with maintaining law and order in them, supposed to stand back and accept the ensuing chaos in their communities? Or do they have a right, even a duty, to take action and fill the void left by the federal government? In Texas, where the border crisis...

The Biden administration’s proposed asylum rule worsens the already flawed expedited removal process for illegal immigrants by making it more difficult to detect meritless asylum claims. The window for public comments regarding the Biden administration’s proposed asylum rule closes this week, and it looks like at least some Americans understand the mischief.“So wrong and deceitful!” wrote Dianna Key of the rule on the public forum for administrative rule making. Her comments were echoed last week by an immigration judge, who called it a “misleading and dishonest proposal.”What numerous such commentators understand is that the rule would allow massive numbers of legally...

President-Elect Joe Biden said he will ensure there is a “thorough investigation” by the Justice Department into officials of President Donald Trump’s administration who crafted and carried out the “Zero Tolerance” policy at the United States-Mexico border to deter illegal immigration. During a press conference on January 8, Biden committed to having the Justice Department open an investigation into Trump officials who carried out the Zero Tolerance policy through which adult border crossers entered separate custody from the children they arrived at the southern border with. The practice, as Breitbart News noted, has been employed since before 2001, though the...

More than a few people have connected Donald Trump's decision to tear apart families seeking asylum at our southern border to the history of American slave-owners separating parents and children for whatever reason they saw fit. It's not the most perfect analogy -- at least not in this state. Because slave-holding Louisiana, believe it or not, had a law against separating enslaved mothers and their young children. "And be it further enacted," Section 9 of Louisiana's 1806 Code Noir (Black Code) reads, "That every person is expressly prohibited from selling separately from their mothers, the children who shall not have...

RAMONA — The controversial sheriff of Arizona’s Maricopa County was in Ramona [last] Saturday to weigh in on the increasingly contentious immigration debate, applauding the protesters who blocked busloads of Central Americans in Riverside County this month as “heroes of our country.” Sheriff Joe Arpaio said the standoff outside a Border Patrol processing station in Murrieta helped reignite discussion of U.S. immigration policy. “Until then, nobody was talking about it, nobody was doing anything about it,” he said before a standing room-only crowd of more than 500 supporters packed into the theater at the Ramona Mainstage. :snip: Arpaio came to...
