The U.S. Embassy in Afghanistan confirmed Thursday that three American doctors were killed by an Afghan security guard who opened fire at a Kabul hospital. The shooting at Cure International Hospital in the western part of the Afghan capital was the latest attack on foreign civilians in the city this year. Two others, including an American nurse, were wounded, according to Afghanistan's Health Ministry. "With great sadness we confirm that three Americans were killed in the attack at CURE Hospital," said a statement posted on the Embassy's Twitter page. PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — It happened again. As soon as the warm weather hit, a large group of students in Center City caused a ruckus, endangered themselves, police and pedestrians. The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office has charged 10 juveniles with Conspiracy, Obstructing Highways, Failure to Disperse and Disorderly Conduct. All 10 defendants are scheduled for a detention hearing Wednesday at the Youth Studies Center in Philadelphia. Four other teens were also arrested by Philadelphia Police on Tuesday evening, and they are currently being processed by police. According to authorities, 11 males and three females were arrested. All of them are teens.

People across the globe are expressing outrage at the brazen act of what many are calling child abuse. In the video, the toddler screams in agony as he is held down while one man draws the tattoo with a needle. ERWIN - Two Spring Lake men are accused of raping, kidnapping and trying to kill a 17-year-old woman who was found in the Cape Fear River near Erwin on Sunday with at least three gunshot wounds to her face, abdomen and hands.
