ERWIN - Two Spring Lake men are accused of raping, kidnapping and trying to kill a 17-year-old woman who was found in the Cape Fear River near Erwin on Sunday with at least three gunshot wounds to her face, abdomen and hands.
Jose Trinidad Soto Sanchez, 21, and Jose Juan Alvarez, 28, both of the same address on O&H Street, were arrested later Sunday and charged with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping and attempted murder, according to the Harnett County Sheriff's Office.

Hey Gator113 if Obama is elected 2nd term... How much more do you think American will standby with Obama catering to whims and demands of the open borders lobby and illegals demanding more and more with each passing day ? I blame EVERY President who’s had the power and has willingly failed to seal our borders. Every. One. Of. Them.
Criminal negligence charges, as well as civil charges, should be filed against officials in Mordor who are wilfully failing to secure the border and/or enforce existing immigration laws.

Immigration had been a managed process.
Then, managing it became an impediment for prosperity, or so it seemed. It was also an impediment for re-election. Who doesn't want prosperity? Who doesn't want compassion? Something for everyone.
The whole thing was never thought through. The next generation can deal with the fallout was the unsaid rationalization.
The chain demonstrates a fundamental flaw in democracy. The tendency to do the wrong thing to survive politically and economically in the near term.
So we have to have occasional explosions in both, to get back on track again.
It should be that if you come in illegally and commit a crime such as this then you get the death penalty instantly. And the sentence is carried out before the end of the month.
We need to get tough with illegals who come here and murder, rape, molest and abuse children or anyone for that matter. Drunk drivers who kill or injure, or child molesters, rapists, etc. Do so as an illegal and you are put to death. No deportations. No jail time beyond a month. Dead in 30 days. Period.
All they have to do is state they are gay and can stay. The rape was just a way for them to make sure they were still gay.
And that even includes Ronald Reagan, who was persuaded that the Democrats would drop the illegal amnesty issue if he gave them a one-time amnesty.
He should have known better.
