Armed men attacked an Ebola isolation ward in the Liberian capital Monrovia overnight, prompting 29 patients to flee the facility, witnesses said Sunday. A handicapped man was beaten and robbed on the street. The incident was recorded, then sent around on Facebook like some entertainment or trophy. First a fight, which was more of an attack. Police say a young guy was robbed, then beaten. Dennis Williams, above, did not hesitate to intervene to save a man being attacked by three pit bulls.  The event was reported on July 21, 2014, in Washington County, Wisconsin.
