A 30-year old off-duty Dallas police officer has been arrested and charged with manslaughter in the shooting death of 26-year-old Botham Shem Jean on Thursday night. Four-year Dallas police veteran Amber Guyger was taken into custody at 7:20 p.m., according to Kaufman County jail records.
