Mark Levin appeared on The Hannity Show last night to discuss the anchor baby law which is distorting our immigration law. The majority of the American people don’t want it but no one is stopping it. In under five minutes, he proves that the 14th Amendment does not include illegal immigrants. The author of the citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment, Sen. Jacob Howard of Michigan, expressly said: “This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers.” Mark Levin said this removes all...

Since the release of the first incriminating Planned Parenthood video from the Center for Medical Progress, a flurry of investigations have ensued. These videos at least show evidence indicating a strong likelihood of illegal activity, and at worst show despicable, callous disregard for the law, human life, and women. Here are the ongoing official investigations and government actions taken against Planned Parenthood. As of Wednesday, five states have made moves to defund Planned Parenthood, or end participation in the funneling of federal money to the unscrupulous organization. These states are New Hampshire, Utah, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Alabama. Thirteen states have...

“If making it easy to be an illegal alien isn’t enough, how about offering a reward for being an illegal immigrant? No sane country would do that, right? Guess again. If you break our laws by entering this country without permission and give birth to a child, we reward that child with US citizenship and guarantee a full access to all public and social services this society provides, and that’s a lot of services. Is it any wonder that two-thirds of the babies born at taxpayer expense in county-run hospitals in Los Angeles are born to illegal alien mothers?” No,...

When the junior senator from Texas announced that he was running for president last March, I used these pages to write that, "Ted Cruz could win in places like Alabama." That opinion was based upon Cruz's unapologetic advocacy and defense of the conservative principles of limited government, individual liberty, and free markets, and his sincere desire to see those principles form the foundation for a massive shift in American governance. Five months into his campaign, however, I feel that my earlier statement must be revised: Ted Cruz "will" win in places like Alabama, and perhaps in even less conservative states....

Ohio Gov. John Kasich, who is campaigning for the Republican presidential nomination with a unique message of compassionate conservatism and cultural inclusion, will pick up a head-turning endorsement Monday in the Bible Belt. Alabama Gov. Robert J. Bentley (R) plans to endorse Kasich at a campaign event in Birmingham, according to a Kasich campaign official who spoke on the condition of anonymity to disclose the plans. With Bentley's backing, Kasich hopes to show that his message can appeal across the Republican spectrum — from the Midwest, where he has been a popular governor, to New England, where he is rising...

Responding to shock videos released by the Center for Medical Progress, government officials in Louisiana, New Hampshire and Alabama (and, most recently, Arkansas) have moved to defund Planned Parenthood. Now the White House has entered the fray, warning these states that defunding may break the law. Through a network of affiliated clinics, Planned Parenthood provides health care services to millions of women across the country, especially low-income and young women who have few options for care.

Alabama senator Jeff Sessions, a Republican, released a statement Sunday praising the immigration proposal from presidential candidate Donald Trump. ""This is exactly the plan America needs," said Sessions. "Not only would the plan outlined in this paper work, but more quickly than many realize. Most importantly, this plan reestablishes the principle that American's immigration laws should serve the interests of its own citizens. For too long, 'immigration reform' plans in Washington have served the special interests at the expense of working Americans." Sessions goes on to say that Trump's plan puts "working Americans foremost" and puts an emphasis on lifting...

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), the intellectual leader of the conservative movement and chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee’s subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest, issued a statement on Sunday afternoon praising 2016 Republican frontrunner Donald Trump’s immigration policy plan for America. “This is exactly the plan America needs,” Sessions said in response to Trump’s plan. “Not only would the plan outlined in this paper work, but more quickly than many realize. “Most importantly, this plan reestablishes the principle that American’s immigration laws should serve the interests of its own citizens. Was there anyone with two working brain cells to rub together who was really surprised by this story? A police detective in Alabama pulls over a motorist who is driving in an erratic fashion, calls for backup and suddenly sees the driver exiting the vehicle and coming toward him in an aggressive fashion. Under normal circumstances, the detective should have used whichever level of force (or threat thereof) was required to get the driver back in the vehicle until his backup arrived. But instead, this happens. The two end up in a parking lot when the detective calls for...

A University of Alabama sorority has been slammed for their recruitment video which critics are saying is racially-homogeneous and lacks diversity. Alpha Phi, who are based at the Tuscaloosa campus, uploaded the footage to YouTube and it has since been viewed 500,000 times. But some have accused them of selling themselves on looks alone while one writer has said they are doing more damage to women than presidential candidate Donald Trump. The very glossy and professional film includes the group of 72, mostly-white, members partying and attending events inside their sprawling sorority house.

In what may be the most important development in the 2016 Presidential race to date, Donald Trump has announced, and Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) office has confirmed, that the GOP front-runner is consulting with the Alabama Senator in crafting his immigration plan for the future of America. The real estate mogul’s announcement will send shock waves through Washington D.C. and all across primary states.
