ObamaCare rules require that all employee working over 30 hours a week are full-time and must be provided health insurance. Marshall County, Alabama Superintendent Tim Nabors told WHNT that his district can’t afford to provide health insurance coverage to its substitutes, and will likely face a shortage due to the “Affordable” Healthcare Act.

The Montgomery Explosives Ordnance Disposal and base security officials at Maxwell Air Force Base are responding to a report of a suspicious package. The package, found during a routine inspection, "gave a positive indication for explosives", according to officials.
