Elections have consequences. Whether voting for president or senator, Americans should be wary of those who avoid discussing their stands on the issues. When Joe Biden and Mark Kelly do talk about the issues, it is obvious that their views are in line with the leftists. Just because Mark Kelly's name has the astronaut title, that does not mean that it should change to the title of senator. Those who might think of voting for him should look at his stance or non-stance on the issues. American Thinker interviewed some Arizonans who spoke about how Kelly is not right for...

Christine Byers of KSDK in Missouri has uncovered evidence of prosecutorial misconduct by St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner's office. Kim is one of the radical prosecutors who has been elected with money from George Soros linked radical leftist “Justice & Public Safety” political action committee. Gardner has drawn national attention with her decision to prosecute a St Louis couple for defending their home against an angry mob of Black Lives Matter agitators. The document obtained by 5 On Your Side (KDSK) show pressure was applied by Gardner's office to structure the police report, so as to alter the evidence to...

While mainstream media organizations continue to worry about foreign meddling in our last election and the next one, we should take a look at how they themselves are meddling. Without letting any of the media off the hook, the ViacomCBS behemoth deserves special consideration. The threat from its meddling in the upcoming presidential election is a case study of a multi-headed media organization's direct practice of attempting to defeat one candidate and help boost and cover for the other. Anything Russia did in the last election, or any of the last 20 elections, pales in comparison. These days, the company...

Current human resource (HR) policies deliberately misuse terms such as diversity and equity to achieve political ends. That isn’t news. But the process by which those terms were twisted into their current shapes is worth a look. Likewise, it is important to see how their current usage is grounded in economic ignorance and unsound ethics. Sadly, the resultant HR policies -- including microaggression training and gender-and-race training -- feed a growth industry of diversity hucksters. These quick-buck artists subvert productive corporate meritocracies and replace them with systems that enshrine mediocrity, manufacture complaints, and generate resentment – not to mention whining...

I’ve enjoyed reading about Michelle Obama’s shtruggles during these trying times. Despite the debut(t) of the full-length version of her autobiography, Becoming, and the launch of a new podcast on Spotify Lady M tells us how she is managing 'low-grade depression' in these trying times. Another dog faced pony soldier haz a sad Former first lady Michelle Obama, in a new episode of her podcast on Wednesday, acknowledged that she is "dealing with some form of low-grade depression" this year. "Not just because of the quarantine, but(t) because of the racial strife, and just seeing this administration, watching the hypocrisy of...

"If I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing" (1 Cor. 13:2). Loveless faith is useless faith. In Matthew 17:19 the disciples came to Jesus wanting to know why they couldn't cast a demonic spirit from a child. Jesus responded, "Because of the littleness of your faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you shall say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it shall move; and nothing shall be impossible to you" (v. 20). He repeated the same principle in...

Jesus wanted to be away from the crowds after teaching and performing many miracles. So he and his disciples climbed the mountain beside the sea of Galilee. I have seen how pretty that view is from various shows on television. They spent time together on the mountain, looking at each other in the firelight asking questions and being taught by Christ. Jesus had a powerful charisma that drew these men to Himself; “how pleasant it is for the brethren to dwell together in unity”. Jesus demonstrated such a great love for them by being the Christ, the Sent One, the...

In the space of what feels like a breath, we went from the Greatest Generation to the legalization of infanticide, from a country with a singular and evolved moral code to the ripping down of the Ten Commandments in courtrooms across the country, from a rational acknowledgment of natural gender to drag-queen story hour at the public library. How in the world did this happen? I’m saddened to say that some of the biggest players in this cultural catastrophe have been psychotherapists. My generation was bottle fed with the nectar of psychotherapy and a philosophy that presented itself as secular...

Polls typically show that Americans support a payroll tax cut over the idea of a bailout for cities and states. Every worker would get a 7.5% boost in their paychecks starting as early as next week. This incentivizes work and it puts more money back on Main Street USA. At the Committee to Unleash Prosperity, which I co-founded, we estimate 2.7 million jobs would be created from this tax cut.

In recent weeks, as President Donald Trump has returned time and again to the well-worn campaign playbook of white suburban fears — accusing Joe Biden of wanting to “abolish the suburbs,” promising to block low-income housing from being built, and protecting property values — the whole routine has elicited hand-wringing that Trump has America’s increasingly Democratic suburbs all wrong. And that’s true, says Thomas Sugrue, director of metropolitan studies at New York University and a historian of race and city-suburb relations, Trump has “misread the reality of today’s suburbs.” But the thing is, most of the rest of us have,...

In America today, millions of churchgoers are not allowed to practice their faith in their place of worship and certain business owners are not allowed to welcome customers, but hardened criminals are being released from prison. This insanity is producing predictably deadly results. Under the guise of protecting prisoners from the spread of Covid-19, large numbers of dangerous criminals are being freed from custody. This is creating a horrific situation that is endangering the public and has now led to the death of a witness in a rape case. In Alexandria, Virginia, rape suspect Ibrahim E. Bouaichi was released from...

[beginning chopped] ...but along the way some trends have become noteworthy. For instance, the SARS-CoV-2 virus has affected some groups worse than others and this necessitates further investigation as to why. I was made aware of research being done by Dr. Larry Tilley, DVM, a world-renowned expert in veterinary medicine research, Dr. William Baumgartl, MD, MSME, director of Stem Cell Therapies at Nevada Spine Center, and Jeffrey Gold, a computer science and data analyst. Their paper hypothesizes the reason for higher rates of morbidity and mortality in older versus younger patients suffering from COVID-19. They note other trends as well....

Bill de Blasio is officially the 109th mayor of New York City. I say officially because, in reality, he’s New York’s first mayor. The first mayor who doesn’t care about the city. Not all his predecessors were above average, but de Blasio stands out for his indifference. Nothing makes him tick. Gotham, the closest thing our nation has ever had to the shining city upon a hill, is in a sharp and obvious downward spiral. With dizzying speed, more than two decades of prosperity and public safety are crashing to a halt. Persistent warnings that the bad old days were...

[This piece is heavy on video] Ok, so, what Fauci is telling you here is exactly what I’ve been telling you since March: That a COVID-19 vaccine will be just like the annual flu vaccine, i.e., not a “vaccine” at all, but a treatment that is only going to be marginally effective. Fauci’s final sentence there is very telling, and something he never focuses on because it won’t make him and Bill Gates any money: What we really should be doing as a nation is moving on with our lives and focusing on protecting the most vulnerable among us –...

Now come the lawsuits. – I’m not a big fan of an unbridled making huge decisions on the budget and other matters unilaterally, but this all began in earnest with Barack Obama and the courts have refused to rein it in. Most recently, compromised Chief Justice John Roberts once again twisted himself into a logical pretzel to side with the communists on the Supreme Court to uphold Obama’s clearly unconstitutional DACA order. So, what happened on Saturday was fair game. What happened was that President Donald Trump, after watching Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer tank the latest effort to pass...
