Kirsten Gillibrand of New York, are among the 2020 contenders who have decided not to attend. Idiots who support bans on fracking and restrictions on new pipelines say it’s “unexpected†that New York has a shortage of natural gas One of the most simple and basic signs of intelligence is the understanding that actions lead to consequences. In New York, some people are showing a basic lack of understanding of this concept. In New York state, fracking is banned, and new pipelines have been prohibited in certain locations. The natural and logical outcome of these policies is that the state has a shortage of natural gas. Developers who had been planning to build new housing will not be allowed...

Marianne Porter spent some of the final hours of her life hunched over and moaning in pain as she waited to be seen by an emergency room doctor at Moncton Hospital. Porter waited for 11 hours before she was eventually seen. It’s a period of time that Porter’s sister, Donna Bordage, believes contributed to her death only hours later. Bordage says Porter went to the hospital on Saturday morning for what she believed was a hernia. Porter’s vitals were normal, but she was left in the waiting room in severe pain, waiting for hours before she was finally seen. Doctors...

There's no shortage of speculation on the special counsel Robert Mueller’s report, much of it totally uninformed. But we don't need to speculate on the scope – the man who appointed Mueller has already given us a potential road map on what to expect from the special counsel. The bottom line: Do not expect a harsh condemnation of President Donald Trump or any of his associates if they have not been charged with crimes. The road map comes in the form a little-noticed 12-page letter written by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein last June to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley....

[Catholic Caucus] Bergoglio and McCarrick: Manipulating the Conclave McCarrick was a member of the St. Gallen mafia that lobbied for Bergoglio's election Evidence shows Pope Francis, with the help of the St. Gallen mafia, manipulated the 2013 conclave into believing that organic coincidences had led to selecting the pontiff "from the end of the world" — and that Theodore McCarrick was a key part of this effort. Former Cdl. Theodore McCarrick, in a now infamous Villanova talk, recalled that after an intervention (speech) by then-Cdl. Jorge Bergoglio at the 2013 general congregation for the conclave, for the first time in its history there was...

“I think culturally, for a long time we have created and perpetuated the narrative that there is one pathway to achieving the American dream and its four-year university,” Ms. Trump said in a recent interview. Trump goes on: That has been instilled into American students, it’s often American parents that feel that is the only viable path. So you have kids going into school racking up enormous amounts of student debt that they’ll often take decades if there ever able to pay it off without a skill, if they ultimately graduate. So I think opening up the prism and saying...

A newly unearthed batch of heavily redacted, classified emails from Hillary Clinton's personal email server revealed that the former secretary of state discussed establishing a "private, 100% off-the-record" back channel to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and that one of her top aides warned her that she was in "danger" of being "savaged by Jewish organizations, in the Jewish press and among the phalanx of neoconservative media" as a result of political machinations by "Bibi and the Jewish leadership." The 756-page group of new documents, revealed Thursday as part of a transparency lawsuit by Judicial Watch, seemingly contradicted Clinton's insistence...

Hungary has struck an agreement with Gazprom to buy and store its 2020 gas supplies earlier than usual this year to offset the risk of Russia failing to agree transit terms with Ukraine, state news agency MTI reported on Thursday. Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto told MTI after meeting Gazprom chief executive Alexei Miller in Moscow that Hungary would continue to receive supplies from Austrian pipelines, which carry Russian gas piped through other routes. Hungary's recently expanded 6.3 billion cubic metre storage capacity can guarantee safe supply through 2020, he said.

Ever since the 2016 campaign, Democrats and the media have asserted that President Trump has failed to distance himself from white nationalists and neo-Nazis. The fact that White House staffers must answer these questions shows how far out of kilter the discussion has gone. A Monday headline in the Washington Post read: “Trump’s top staffer doesn’t believe his boss is a white supremacist. Many Americans disagree.” Acting White House Chief of staff Mick Mulvaney left no equivocation: “The president is not a white supremacist.” ....The media is factually wrong about Trump. At this point, there can be no doubt that...

The Trump administration has backed Israel's claim to sovereignty over the Golan Heights. The move comes weeks before Israeli general elections and reverses the position U.S. administrations have held for decades. President Trump made the announcement via tweet Thursday. "After 52 years it is time for the United States to fully recognize Israel's Sovereignty over the Golan Heights, which is of critical strategic and security importance to the State of Israel and Regional Stability!" the president wrote. Israel captured the Golan Heights from Syria in a 1967 war and annexed the territory, a move not recognized by the U.S. or...

TIME mag releases glowing AOC cover, but may have overlooked one hilarious – yet fitting – faux pas (full title) March 21, 2019 | Vivek Saxena | On Thursday, Time magazine unveiled the cover for its April 1, 2020, edition. This wouldn’t usually attract the attention of conservatives, who for the most part dislike the magazine because of its left-wing bias, except that this edition’s cover contained something unusual. Under the date, April 1, 2020, which as a reminder denotes April Fool’s Day, was a picture of the Democrat Party’s biggest fool, socialist congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

The parent company of Fox News has hired a former top aide to Joe Biden as its chief lobbyist in Washington. On Tuesday the new Fox Corp., a spin-off of 21st Century Fox which just merged with Disney, became a standalone public company, controlling television assets such as Fox News and the Fox television network. Broadcasting & Cable reported that new Fox “hit the ground running on day one” with its Washington lobbying operation headed by Danny O’Brien, a well-known Democrat. O’Brien was brought on last October as executive vice president and head of government relations for the Fox Corp....

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) on Thursday complimented a photographer for capturing her skin tone in the correct shade for her Time magazine photo shoot. “This is a small-big thing, but shout out to TIME and Collier Schorr for getting my skin tone right in this photo,” the Latina lawmaker wrote on Twitter. “It’s the little things that make a big difference, a lot of people see + appreciate it.” Color photography has a long history of bias toward nonwhite skin tones.

In South Africa, a 3-judge panel of the North Gauteng High Court set aside as unlawful and invalid a decision on same-sex relationships made by the General Synod of the Dutch Reformed Church during the Synod's November 2016 meeting. That decision reversed a 2015 policy that recognized same-sex civil unions and allowed the ordination of gays and lesbians. In Gaum v. Van Rensburg, S.A. High Ct., March 8, 2019), the court said in part: The Church denied that the 2016 decision prevents the participation of the LGBTQIA+ community in the church community, or that it impedes their private lives, or...
