It is time to drain the swamp before America drowns in the filthy waters of a media enhanced whirlpool Let’s see; the Clinton campaign pays for a former British spy to work with Russian intelligence to create a bogus document that is then used as the basis for wiretaps aimed at the Trump campaign and the media is trying to tell us, “Move along nothing to see here.” Was the so-called dossier a hit piece from the beginning? Maybe we should listen to Mary Jacoby, the wife of Glenn Simpson, the former Wall Street Journal reporter who started Fusion GPS,...

Violent clashes involving gunmen, a community police force and state police killed 11 people in the troubled southern state of Guerrero on Sunday, while a separate series of shootouts the previous night left seven dead in the northern Mexico beach resort of San Jose del Cabo. Guerrero state security spokesman Roberto Alvarez said eight people were initially killed when gunmen ambushed community police before dawn in the town of La Concepcion, near the resort city of Acapulco. Two of the dead were from the community force. Later in the morning, state police arrived to disarm the local agents, and another...

Water flowed into Terminal 4, soaking stranded travelers’ luggage and forcing a partial evacuation of the terminal, the major arrival point for international travelers. Incoming flights to Terminal 4 were shut down for several hours. Up to 3 inches of water formed in the arrivals and customs inspection areas of the terminal and then flowed outside onto a roadway, which was closed because of icing, Port Authority Executive Director Rick Cotton said at a news conference. He said the arrivals area and customs office should reopen within several hours. “The volume of water severely compromised all the operations,” Cotton said,...

GE has successfully tested its Advanced Turboprop (ATP) engine, which contains several titanium 3D printed parts. Additive manufacturing has enabled GE to combine 855 separate parts of the engine into just 12. Over the last two years, around 400 designers, engineers, and materials experts at GE have contributed to the creation of the Advanced Turboprop engine, one-third of which is made from titanium 3D printed parts. It’s a momentous achievement for GE, and last Friday the engine passed its first firing test. “This is a pivotal moment,” commented Paul Corkery, general manager of the Advanced Turboprop program at GE....

A former Union High School teacher who in 2011 called homosexuality a "perverted spirit" that "breeds like cancer" has agreed to a three-year suspension of her teaching certificates. The posts on Jenye "Viki" Knox's personal Facebook page eventually caused the special education teacher and faculty adviser to the school's Bible study group to resign. She later filed a federal lawsuit claiming school officials had violated her free speech and religious rights.

Donald Trump will attempt to end speculation about his mental and physical suitability for the presidency next week by undergoing a formal health check. The US president is to be examined by the same doctor as his predecessor Barack Obama, and a summary of the results will be made public. The physical test will last around two hours and include blood and urine tests, heart checks and even questions about his sleeping habits and sex life, according to medical experts. It will be carried out at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on the edge of Washington DC, the country’s...

The word is getting out. People are slowing beginning to piece together the BIGGER STORY of what fundamentally lies behind the Obama administration’s 2016 use of FISA 702(16)(17) surveillance, and how an the intentional non-oversight of the Department of Justice National Security Division was used in the construct of the unlawful FBI surveillance and spying operation against presidential candidate Donald Trump. During a radio interview on WMAL legal analyst and former U.S. Attorney General for Washington DC, Joe DiGenova, specifically highlights the DOJ National Security Division head John P Carlin and his role in the 2016 FISA warrant. Relativity Space, a Los Angeles orbital launch startup, has just released a short video showing its innovative Aeon 1 3D printed rocket engine in action. The impressive piece of equipment consists of just three 3D printed parts and is capable of reaching full thrust force in milliseconds. We’ve known for awhile that Relativity Space was working on some pretty cool stuff. This past October, for instance, the company announced the development of the Stargate 3D printer, which it says it the largest metal 3D printing system in the world. The machine, which consists of multiple laser-equipped Kuka robotic arms and...

Israel on Sunday identified 20 activist groups from around the world whose members will be banned from entering the country over their calls to boycott the Jewish state, stepping up its fight against a movement it views as a serious threat. Israel last year enacted a law that would ban any activist who "knowingly issues a public call for boycotting Israel." The list made public Sunday follows up on that legislation and could impact thousands of people if it is enforced. "The boycott organizations must know that the state of Israel will act against them," Strategic Affairs Minister Gilad Erdan...

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio plans to travel all across the country in support of progressive causes during his next four years in office. The left-leaning mayor says his primary focus will be on economic fairness, reports the New York Post. “Democrats have to have the strongest most progressive message of economic change and fairness, so I think that’s even more important than a single leader emerging,” he said during a radio interview with John Catsimatidis on Sunday. “I’m going to go all around the country helping to support the folks who will be part of that change and...

A prominent donor to the Democratic Party says she is considering withdrawing support for senators who urged their colleague Al Franken to resign after he was accused of sexual misconduct. The donor, Susie Tompkins Buell, has been one of the Democratic Party’s most generous supporters for decades. In particular, she has been a champion of female politicians, including Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York, Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts and Maria Cantwell of Washington. Last month, those senators were among the dozens who called for Franken to resign from the Senate after at least six women accused him of sexual harassment...

Dereliction of Duty: Johnson, McNamara, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Lies That Led to Vietnam by H.R. McMaster An intriguing analysis that challenges the view that Cold War anticommunism was primarily responsible for American military intervention in Vietnam. In his first book, McMaster, a US Army major and Persian Gulf war veteran, and a historian who has taught at West Point, zeroes in on the actions of Lyndon Johnson and his top advisers from the time LBJ became president in November 1963 to the July 1965 decision to escalate the war drastically. The author makes a convincing case...
