Bailout plan expected to take the edge of the recession, NABE survey shows WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- The U.S. economy will recover from the current recession in the second quarter of next year, assuming the credit squeeze in global financial markets improves gradually, according to a survey of 48 economists released Monday.
