In a brief address aboard the papal plane en route to Krakow for World Youth Day, Pope Francis expressed his conviction that the world is at war, but it is not a religious war, since every religion wants peace. The Pope told journalists traveling with him that the world is not only insecure, it is at war. “But it’s a real war, not a religious war,” Francis said.
“It’s a war of interests, a war for money. A war for natural resources and for the dominion of the peoples. Some might say it’s a religious war. Every religion wants peace. The war is wanted by the others. Understood?” he said.

I think it’s getting a lot harder for people to buy into the pope’s claim to “infallibility”.
The Pope is delusional when he says “Every Religion Wants Peace”. Islam’s “peace” is via the death over everyone not Islamic. Blood on his hands and, as in France yesterday, blood in his churches.
I want a new pope. Then we will peace. Can Trump be pope also?

At best, this was supposed to mean he has the power in certain circumstances to enunciate absolutely correct Christian doctrine.
And so he might. But so does anybody else who understands the bible. He isn’t that special.
Bet the cardinal’s won’t pick an affirmative action pope next time around. For the sake of the church, they need to replace him soon.

Wanting peace is a most estimable goal. How the peace is attained, indicates the different approaches.
Some get to a state of peace by personal meditation. Some get to a state of peace by doing good in the world. But one ideology masquerading as a religion, Islam, proceeds to “peace” by totally squelching all dissent, by intimidation, be demonizing all opposition, and by simply killing the voices that resist in the least manner. Even if the dissident is also a Muslim, if it is the “wrong kind” of Islam.
The peace of the grave is probably the most democratic peace of all.
Technically true even for Muslims. They want peace by killing all Christians and Jews, then every faction of Islam that isn’t their own.
Some unique event may be ready to befall the Roman Catholic church soon, if there is anything to a Roman Catholic prophetic assertion that the pope number that corresponds to Francis is the last one.
Would the whole thing, essentially, go Protestant — having had enough from a pope that has fallen into, not wickedness, but utter nonsense? Would it rejoin the Orthodox with a no-pope model? Some combination?
Islam does want peace. A world under the control of its followers.
