Creflo Dollar: Megachurch Pastor Slams Critics, Insists The ‘Devil’ Blocked His $65M Jet Dream

Creflo Dollar is still talking about his dream of owning a $65 million Gulfstream G650 private jet. For those who missed it, the Atlanta megachurch pastor previously made headlines after he started an online campaign asking his congregation and followers to donate for the purchase of the extravagant aircraft.

As previously reported on the Inquisitr, the initial campaign, known as “Project G650,” asked for 200,000 people to donate $300.

“We are asking members, partners and supporters of this ministry to assist in the undertaking of an initiative called Project G650. The mission of Project G650 is to acquire a Gulfstream G650 airplane so that Pastors Creflo and Taffi and World Changers Church International can continue to blanket the globe with the Gospel of grace. We are believing for 200,000 people to give contributions of 300 US dollars or more to turn this dream into a reality — and allow us to retire the aircraft that served us well for many years.”

Although many of Pastor Dollar’s followers have supported his endeavors, he didn’t exactly get the response he may have been expecting. Once the media began reporting about “Project G650,” social media users didn’t waste time slamming Pastor Dollar for the seemingly outlandish request. Needless to say, some of the comments were quite brash, and many people definitely didn’t have many favorable things say. More times than not, Pastor Dollar was accused of “pimping the church.”

Now, he’s firing back and responding to the allegations. During the April 19 church service at World Changers Church International, Pastor Dollar decided to address the situation, reports the YBF. Pastor Dollar jokingly cited a number of outlandish rumors that have been reported about his personal life in an effort to open the door for the discussion about the jet. The notable pastor, widely accused of preaching “prosperity gospel,” made it clear that no one will stop him from dreaming.

“You cannot stop me from dreaming. I’m gon’ dream until Jesus comes. And here’s another thing I want you to understand. … If they discover life on Mars, if you think a $65 million plane was too much, if they discover that there’s life on Mars, they gon’ need to hear the Gospel and I’m gon’ have to believe God for a billion dollar space shuttle because we got to preach the Gospel on Mars.”

During his lengthy rant, he gave a number of examples to justify his reasons for dreaming and how he has no plans to let anyone deter him from attaining the things he desires in life. He referred to those who criticize him as “devils” who only desire to block his dreams. He also slammed the critics for attempting to “discredit” him and deny his dreams.

Surprising, Pastor Dollar also bragged about how he now has the funds to cover the staggering cost for the state-of-the-art private jet. He also insists he hasn’t asked anyone for a dime, although “Project G650″ was a campaign launched to ask for monetary contributions toward the massive purchase.

“Creflo Dollar asking his members for $65 million? I ain’t never asked you for a dime. We’ve got over 3 million partners around the world, 3 million donors around the world who support the ministry so I can get to where they are. I had a man from the Middle East send a letter to say they cut off my relative’s head. We need you in the Middle East, here’s a check right here for that plane.”

Of course, Pastor Dollar has ruffled lots of feathers yet again, and social media users have had no reservations about responding to his claims. News outlets have also criticized Pastor Dollar for his controversial response, reports the Root.

maybe he should start with a clue!!

then he could get a drone...to play with.

A sensible man could buy a LOT of flight time...for a lot less money that what he’s asking for.

even Revrunt sharpton as much of a money hungry puke as he is,,doesnt have his own jet!!!

***What kind of jet would Jesus fly?***

Jet Blue because the heavens declare the glory of God

Trans World because He’s got the whole world in His Hands

United because He gives unity in the Spirit

Allegiant because we give our allegiance to the Lord

Southwest because from the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, the Lord’s name is praised

What's really going to frost some people here is that, if Creflo is saved, he will go to heaven. His works will be burned, but he will still be saved.

I know, naysayers, it doesn't seem fair, and it doesn't seem right, but God promised each of us the same promise through the finished work of Christ.

If he is saved, he will indeed.

The Pope seems to get by without a private jet. Jesus got by with sandals and the occasional donkey

The question of the day.

I think similar thoughts when some Pentecostal type who’s sat in judgment of me for not having enough faith to be healed, gets sick and the first place they go when the going gets tough is to the very doctors and medical community they condemn.

Funny how they change their name it and claim it tune when the shoe is on the other foot.

Please see that Cashflow-in-to-me gets these for his transportation needs:

(By the way, never forget that "Creflo Dollar" spelled backwards is "Rallod Olferc".)

And therein lies the stumbling block that will send many Christians who think they have a lock on Heaven straight to Satan’s realm. Being saved requires much more than persuasive Liberal go to phrase of “Jesus didn’t condemn anyone.”

Being saved requires abject, genuinely sorrowful and heartfelt repentance and a genuine effort to stop sinful behavior. If Jesus’ sacrifice was the end, then we could all do as we please with no fear of consequences. Today’s society would like to brainwash everyone into thinking that they’re okay, whatever they choose to do because; after all, Jesus died for all sinners. Indeed He did. But a gay couple who asks the church to recognize that they will go on sinning the rest of their lives and condone it, the thief who keeps stealing, the murderer who keeps killing, the adulterer who continues to betray, etc., see no need to repent in these modern times because they are being told they have excuses for continuing in sin or for condoning it. They have a “condition”, they were abused, it’s a loved one, or, worst of all “G-d made them that way.”

Yes, even a genuine deathbed repentance after a lifetime of wrongdoing will save a soul. But today’s Liberalism tends to dull the consciences of even Christians to the point where they see no need for it. To hear a Liberal speak, you’d think Hell is going to be empty.
