It seems to me that either:

Roman Catholics accept this teaching

or

They are out of bounds with the teaching tradition of Rome.

Where do the FRoman Catholics make their stand?

The Catholic Church says they serve the same God as the Muslims.

They ought to know.

>>They ought to know.<<

That's been my point. Any "church" that doesn't recognize that the Muslims do NOT serve the God of Scripture surely can't be the "church" that Christ instituted. I would assert that the Catholic Church doesn't even know the God of scripture.

It’s pretty clear that Judaism and Christianity are completely different religions, even if that seems hard for some Christians to accept. Chrislam has only Christian adherents, no Islamic ones.

If you say that Catholics and Muslims do not worship the same God, then you imply multiple Gods.

There have been false “gods” since the fall. Some groups worshiped “Ba’al,” and others worshiped “Dagon.” They were just Lucifer in disguise, much like “Allah.”

Nope. You just don’t understand the strict limitations of papal infallibility.

The Bible was intact 200 years before there ever was a catholic church. The ancient scriptures were guarded and reproduced by Hebrew scribes. Yeshua’s faithful wrote and spread the New testament before the catholic church had the chance to murder them en mass.

The Catholic church existed LONG before the Bible, as we know it, existed. The ancient scriptures were, indeed, guarded etc. by the Hebrew scribes and the Catholic church faithfully reproduced them in what we now recognize as the Bible....It is foolish to deny history...the Catholic church has existed since the time of Christ...Peter being her first leader. While the name "Catholic" was not used for the first 90-100 years, it nevertheless describes and was the accepted name given to and accepted by the Apostles and their immediate followers....

Guess not. Muslims worship Allah; Catholics worship Mary. Not even close.

Why do Catholics dance around the issue? Do you worship the same god as Muslims?

Catholics worship the God of the Bible (which the Catholic church brought to you) Who the muslims worship is up to them and the Catholics get first choice!!!

Nope. You just don’t understand the strict limitations of papal infallibility.

I understand it perfectly well. Born and raised Catholic.

What you don't seem to understand is that you, as a Catholic, are obligated to submit to the Authentic Magisterium of the Catholic Church, of which Papal infallibility is but a part, and an exceedingly rarely utilized one at that. Lumen Gentium explains it clearly:

This religious submission of mind and will must be shown in a special way to the authentic Magisterium of the Roman Pontiff, even when he is not speaking ex cathedra; that is, it must be shown in such a way that his supreme Magisterium is acknowledged with reverence, the judgments made by him are sincerely adhered to, according to his manifest mind and will. His mind and will in the matter may be known either from the character of the documents, from his frequent repetition of the same doctrine, or from his manner of speaking.

The CCC is the official teaching of the RCC, promulgated by the Magisterium. It has been upheld by multiple Popes. You are therefore to submit with mind and will. Or, admit you are not a Catholic and leave, as I did.

Whoever raised you a Catholic, sure did do a poor job of it. And it makes sense now why you left the One, True Faith.

As you didn’t address the substance of my argument, I will assume you can’t. Also, as you are accusing the Catholic Magisterium of heresy, I will welcome you into Protestantism!

Because, in doing so, you have already left the “one true faith”

How can I address an argument that has no substance?

If you had been raised by good Catholics, you would have been taught that there is no salvation outside the Catholic Church.

Take your chances.

Thanks for the background. I see a problem with Christians following Hebrew traditions of not saying The Name.

So then by your claim Catholics are the real messengers, so the catechism that Catholics and Muslims worship the same god is true? Then sir that makes your belief system of Satan since inception.

You can’t invoke the God of Abraham without the the Son of God, so you are not worshiping the God of Abraham.

John 8:56 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

56 Your father Abraham rejoiced [a]to see My day, and he saw it and was glad.”

(a) John 8:56 Lit in order that he might see

1 John 2:22-24 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

22 Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the [a]Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son. 23 Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also. 24 As for you, let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father.
