They may have made a mistake. It happens. My wife says I made one before.

I'd be busy tormenting people with the Guy of Lightning image and getting people to laugh..
Probably why I'm not trying out for a Mod spot.

"We do our best to keep it so that the conversations aren't fragmented over 20 essentially the same threads."

And in my opinion that's the best reason for killing duplicates - it keeps the conversation in one place.

Sure. some bio's cannot handle heat for very long. If a warhead is preloaded at a central facility then it has to be transported off to the appropriate launchers, then it will wait around until needed. Thus a warhead could be in desert heat with temperatures inside a warhead exceeding 180 degrees for months.

We should start an essay contest thread: "Why You Should All Thank God Or Allah That I Am Not Moderator"

Sams are a legal weapon for the Iraqis. Inspectors could only measure the length of the vehicle, not examine the inside. Hense, the camafloge in a Sam vehicle.

Give me a break. I see the van on the TV with my own eyes. The camera is panning in and out and we can clearly see what is going on. US Marines are all over it. IT is a "Support" Van for a SA rig.

Hmm...
It'd degenerate into gags about 'landshark!' and 'No-one suspects the Spanish Inquisistion!'.
What am I saying?
Sounds too much like fun.. ooh, now I'm being a bad influence again.
Gotta go!

assume all reports of chemical/bio weapons found to be false until proven otherwise.

Not a bad idea. Saddam may just have been devious enough to plant a few false leads, that appear on the surface to be the real thing, to make the US look foolish.

Let's see if I can clear this up. The first(?) article had about 58 posts on it. (Btw, I posted the original plastic ice cream truck). It was pulled and linked to the article regading plutonium. It was maybe a mistake but it doesn't really matter now. ;-)
