Why would they be doing this loading in the field? Do bio weapons have a short shelf-life?

It's just an ice cream truck containing the flavor of the month, radioactive rasberry.

It's for the children...

Putting bioweapons on a SAM would be fairly pointless.

Would a vehicle like this ever be needed for use with conventional warheads?

Refrigeration/insulation and a concealed compartment with a remote-contolled arm wouldn't be needed for a conventional warhead.

I wonder if there were any gasmasks in the truck?

It looks good then. Me, I'm cubicaly challenged, and these breathless reportings of wild rumors have been driving me nutz.

I know. I sometimes wish that there would be no report of this stuff until it is positively identified and confirmed and reconfirmed, but that's not realistic.

I imagine that soon we should start hearing the results of some of the tests that are being performed on some of the earlier finds.

Anthrax Ripple?
Crunchy Frog?

Inspector: (continuing) And what is this one: Spring Surprise?

Mr. Hilton: Ah, that's one of our specialities. Covered in dark, velvety chocolate, when you pop it into your mouth, stainless steel bolts spring out and plunge straight through both cheeks.

Inspector: (stunned) Well where's the pleasure in THAT?!? If people pop a nice little chockie into their mouth, they don't expect to get their cheeks pierced!!! In any case, it is an inadequate description of the sweetmeat. I shall have to ask you to accompany me to the station.

Plutonium Pepermint

Strontium Strawberry
Makes a wonderful taste treat as a syrup added to milk!

(I'm afraid that Saddam would laugh if one of his henchmen told him that.)

It wasn't my thread. The one I was reading was the first posted. Just wondered where it went.

Things get confusing when there are 20 people all posting the same story, and when there are more than one 'big story' in play at the same time. We do our best to keep it so that the conversations aren't fragmented over 20 essentially the same threads. Sometimes everything goes smoothly, sometimes everything doesn't.

Thanks, AM
