Give Martin Sheen a Taste of His Own Medicine!
Left-wing actor Martin Sheen is on TV urging his fellow appeasement activists to harass the White House and Senate with a bombardment of phone, fax and e-mail messages. Now it's time to see if Sheen and his ilk can take what they dish out. A typically vicious sign at Martin Sheen's ...

You're not suggesting posting unkind messages for display are you? Oh, tut, tut! Now who would do something like that? (Grin!)

For a real understanding of who what kind of a politician Martin Sheen portrays, rent the movie "The Dead Zone". In this, he plays a politician who would put the life of a child in front of danger. He is as despicable as the character he plays in this movie.

Just sent this to TheWestWing@nbc.com
Dear Mr. Sheen,
if you are so sold on Saddam, why don't you go over there and keep him company. Take a few friends. Heck, take all of them. I'm sure he would listen to every bit of advice you and your close buddies could give him. He is such a good example of of a leader with an open door policy.
I enjoyed the West Wing and watched it every week even though I am a Conservative Republican. I consider it art and entertainment, yet you seem to have come to believe the art is reality. But I guess your right of speech is as good as mine. So I will vote with my right and stop watching and suggesting everyone I know to do the same. I will urge those who advertise on the West Wing to pull their ads. You see, there are two sides to an argument. You do not have a monopoly. We in the land between New York and the Left Coat can call for insprections and sanctions, too. We don't need Hans Blix, we've got our pocketbooks.
I hope you will find someday that playing the President of the United States and being the President of the United States are two wholly different things. Cute banter and dramatic heroics written by screenwriters are a world apart from the reality of confronting a murderous dictator with weapons of mass destruction.
Remember 9-11, Mr. Sheen. They attacked you, too.
Sincerely,
Danny Clay Lee

Whoops!
My bad. I completely misunderstood what "Give Martin Sheen a Taste of His Own Medicine!" actually meant.
You see, I consider everything that Mr. Sheen and the rest of the Hollywood political experts say to be only so much fecal material. Compounding their stupidity with arrogance, they dearly love to use their high visibility and wealth to shove their errant and repellant views down the unwilling throats of average Americans.
So, when you suggested "Now it's time to see if Sheen and his ilk can take what they dish out" I assumed a campaign was underway to send stool samples to Mr. Sheen & Company with plastic spoons...

Dear West Wing:
I've never watched your program, really.... Your cast of vocal leftists is an insult to democracy. I thank God everyday that NBC has shown this Great Nation (thats America if you are a public school educated minon, otherwise sorry....) what it might really be like with two-faced people in the actual White House. Every week your "actors" protray something along the lines of diplomacy and some type of honor, but then I only know what the likes of Sheen and the Cast protray off-set. Am I upset by your actor's off-set antics; naw, you see I've "watched" other networks for years, other channels and watched the news that your market share is still slipping. Do you know why? Liberal programming for the masses is not the same as catering to the Masses and the mass consumers; liberals are typically poorly educated under forty-somethings who are not raising families (unless they are academics or actors) and once these people have a mortgage, bills and a family to raise it is like a religious conversion to Conservatism. Really.

I have no problem with Martin Sheens show or his character on that show as I have never watched it, and never will. What I do have a problem with is the news media treating this idiot as a real politician when he stages a protest.
Let him run for congress or other office if he has such strong convictions and strong support. He'd have to run in a district though with a current rep who is just like him to have any chance at being elected

Sheen is a guy who makes a living pretending to be a guy. Ya gotta feel sorry for him. Heck, he probably feels guilty for never having had a real job since all he can do is pretend; no wonder he's a liberal--they're mostly pretenders aren't they?

lol, that's great. he really is a wimp pretending to be a guy, well put

Sheen was arrested in 2000 for trespassing at California's Vandenberg Air Force Base while protesting a missile defense program. He was sentenced to three years probation in 2001 for the incident. Ask him the terms of his probation..;)

Here is my letter:
Hey - I resent the published pictures showing Mr. Sheen espousing anti-war rhetoric while standing in front of the Presidential Seal in order to portray to the uninformed that Mr. Sheen has the authority as a government leader instead of as an actor.
Must I - a normal American citizen - remind this program and Mr. Sheen that Mr. Sheen is an actor and as such does not have the moral authority to have anti-war statements from him with the Presidential Seal in the background.
Has Mr. Sheen reviewed the security reports daily? Has Mr. Sheen been given all the classified information from all departments of the government? Does Mr. Sheen ok the decisions of government? Does Mr. Sheen have the highest position in the country? Did Mr. Sheen ask the American people to put him in the position of President? Did Mr. Sheen win an election installing him as President of the U.S?
If not, then get the Presidential Seal out of all pictures depicting Mr. Sheen as an American president and instead show him as an unelected, unauthorized, uneducated, uninformed person standing in front of the Presidential Seal of the U.S. and pretending to be a president.
Oh, by the way, I really appreciate the fact that Mr. Sheen et al care nothing for me or my family and our safety. I am to listen to Mr. Sheen say Saddam poses no danger with his weapons - that every government of every nation knows that Saddam has?
And he bases his information on what? His "feeling" that war is wrong - only killing Americans is ok? How come none of these Hollywood twerps ever protest Saddam? Are they working for Saddam? Or they a part of Saddam's minions to deter a war to prevent his building his weapons?
I am not the fool they think I am and thankfully more and more Americans are wiser than the Hollywood twerps and will defend this nation - not defend Saddam.
Bunch of bloomin' idiots promoting anti-American rhetoric, Bush hatred and support of Saddam. Wonder what in the world they expect to get out of all this?
