Missouri’s attorney general wants the teenage girl seen slamming another high schooler’s head into the concrete to be charged as an adult — and hit with homicide charges if the critically injured victim dies.
“This evil and complete disregard for human life has no place in Missouri, or anywhere. I am praying for the victim,” state AG Andrew Bailey wrote of the disturbing video.
“The criminal should be charged and tried as an adult. If the victim dies, that offense should rise to a homicide,” he stated of the unidentified 15-year-old whose case is being held in juvenile court. “I will do everything in my power to ensure the perpetrator is held fully accountable,” he added in another post.

Traumatic Brain Injuries can be devastating. I pray that she has a miracle recovery. My husband sustained one several years ago and has made an almost 100% recovery — he was 48 at the time.
This young woman has a young brain, and miracles can happen. But what that feral subhuman did to her (admins, if I have crossed a line, let me know — but I’m not feeling cheritable these days to these individuals) looks pretty devastating.
I’d also heard she’d passed — but if she’s still hanging on, I hope He has good plans for her.

As a former EMT watching her immediately go into severe convulsions made me sick as I know her brain injuries are most profound.

You mis-understand. The original reports on Rittenhouse were that he shot black guys. Mis-identifying white victims as black. THAT was my point. NOT that Rittenhouse shot blacks. I’m sorry if that was not clear.

Two of my friends had/have TBI. One from a vehicle explosion in Iraq and one from a motorcycle accident involving a deer.
One took his own life and the other has zero short term memory.

He is talking the right talk, but does the State AG have the power to force the local DA to prosecute the criminal as an adult, and to the max?
I’m curious about the age, as well as the criminal history and origins of the assault beast, who seemed much older than 15.
I had to stop watching that video after a few seconds. The perp needs to be tried as an adult; those weren’t the actions of a child.

I haven’t been able to find ANY confirmation that she actually died - even some news outlet posted that “conspiracy storues” that she died were untrue. I’m not in ANY way saying she didn’t die, just that it seems to be next to impossible to find a source that says she did.
