A 29-year-old man was behind bars Friday after his arrest in San Diego in connection with a pair of assaults on women in Los Angeles. Anthony Jones was arrested late Thursday, after allegedly fleeing to San Diego following the attacks that occurred last Saturday, police said. In a statement, police said investigators are “not ruling out the likelihood that the women may have been sexually assaulted.” No other details were immediately released. A 12-year-old girl and two 13-year-olds were arrested this week in Washington DC for a brutal 2023 attack on a disabled man in which they chased him through an alley and stomped him to death, reports said. The three young girls were allegedly caught on camera carrying out what detectives described as the “horrific” Oct. 17 middle-of-the-night attack murder of Reggie Brown.
