You mis-understand. The original reports on Rittenhouse were that he shot black guys. Mis-identifying white victims as black. THAT was my point. NOT that Rittenhouse shot blacks. I’m sorry if that was not clear.

I just read that article. NOT ONCE did they identify the attacker as black and the victim as white. Make the attacker white and the victim would be identified as black regardless of color. Count on it. it has happened before and it will happen again, ala Kyle Rittenhouse.
You are confusing two different issues. One is that the media makes a big deal if the culprit is white, and the victim is black, but downplay, or even don't mention it, if the culprit is black, but the victim is white.
The original story on this post is an example of the culprit being black, and the media not mentioning it. THEN READ YOUR SECOND SENTENCE. You are talking about a case where it's the reverse, so by then mentioning Rittenhouse's case as an example of the reverse, you are making it seem as if Rittenhouse DID kill a black person.
What happened to Rittenhouse is something different, the media or other just lied about it, because the people he shot were white.

The media outright lying is a different issue than their deceptive double standard.
