$74 Billion divided by 390,000 blacks (13% of 300,000)==$189,744 each.
If they can track down the actual slave TRADERS and slave OWNERS, fine.. get the money from THEM.

IF calculations by various CPA’s are correct & a black woman with 2 kids gets an average of $56,000 a YEAR in welfare & other goodies for free-—then STOP their welfare for 3 +++ years.
None of my family were even in the U.S. during the years of slavery here. So there is no way they were involved. I’d say the absolutely staggering amounts of welfare, Head Start, drug rehab programs, Section 8 housing, food stamps, etc. funds already expended on several generations of blacks, plus the number of Union soldiers who perished in the Civil War, comprise more than ample “reparations”. And let’s not forget the enormous cost to society of their thefts of property, assaults, murders, rapes, etc. in the form of police hours and what it costs to incarcerate them. Time to shut the heck up about reparations. That’s the kind of scam bone-lazy bigmouths try to pull to get some free and easy money to blow. Not mine, cupcakes.

As far as I’ll ever go on slavery reparations is to agree that anyone who was legally owned as a slave in the U.S. should be entitled to reparations from the person who actually owned that slave, each individual case to be adjudicated in civil court. Those who were never themselves enslaved are entitled to nothing.
During the 1700’s and 1800’s, the northeastern banking cartel (Boston & New York banks) controlled investment capital in the United States, just as the big “too big to fail” New York banks and investment firms do today. The northeastern banks loaned southern planters money to buy slaves and land for the slaves to work. Northern banks funded cotton and tobacco brokers. Northern ships transported the slave produced agricultural products from southern ports to supply the Massachusetts textile factories and factories in Europe. Northern insurance companies also sold life insurance to southern planters to protect their investment in slaves.
Today’s reparations grifters need to go after the big money. Sue the New York investment banks and insurance companies for financing the evils of slavery. That’s where the big money is today, not in university endowments.
A civil lawsuit against the big New York banks for their role in financing slavery should be more worthy of going to trial in New York than the Jean Carroll lawsuit against Trump for the alleged sexual assault in a department store. At least there is actual documentary evidence for the complicity of the New York financial institutions in slavery, unlike the Carroll case where there was no evidence of the event. In addition a case can certainly be made the actions of the banks actually caused harm to people, unlike the recent Laticia James fraud lawsuit against Trump for inflating the value of his properties where there was no evidence of anyone being harmed.
The drumbeat for reparations is becoming louder. The left will spend the next decade, or however long it takes, to secure slavery reparations nationally. Once the left has a cause, they will relentlessly drive to win, even if the process take decades.

I want reparations for my great grandfather. He didn’t die in the civil war but soon afterwards his wife died and he was left the single parent of 8 children. He farmed out all of the youngest ones to the older daughters and took his youngest and moved three states away where he had a friend from the army. He and his friend and his friend’s sister raised that little boy who became my grandfather. It was a hard life.
I also think that the War on Poverty that Lyndon Johnson cursed us with has more than paid those billions to black people.
I will agree to pay reparations to anyone who can prove that he was ever my slave.
I will not pay reparations to anyone whose ancestors may have been one of my ancestor’s slaves over 150 years ago.
My point was that the first target for reparations should be the group that openly supported slavery and that is directly responsible for the formation of the Confederacy and the Civil War: The Democrat Party.
Why is it that on one ever demands reparations from the Democrat Party?
Reparations have been paid in the form of Human Sacrifice.
