I would NOT want her as my attorney. She is unprepared, sloppy, and letting these other attorneys drag her around. Even yesterday she impressed me as a law student, not a practicing attorney. Who is paying for her? Why not get someone more experienced?

I totally agree and this biased Judge over this proceedings is losing patience with her.
She’s being bullied for sure. I wouldn’t want to be her.
And the point is coordinating the prosecution of Trump with DC...The VPR meeting is just as much an indication of coordination as are Wade’’s 3+ meetings.
She needs to drop it. This line of questioning is not productive.
She won the case yesterday and now she is risking listing off the judge.

This judge can kiss his judge career goodbye if he doesn’t take Fanny’s side. Blacks own/run Atlanta, this judge is in an elected job and needs black votes to stay a judge. Blacks will crucify him if he disqualifies Fanny.

Sure. But it doesn’t appear she lied on the question though, unless there is evidence not seen before. If coordination with federal government is an issue in this case the attorneys should have pursued the topic, but as far as I know, it’s not part of the case they are trying to make.
Is that why they HIDE CASH, so creditors cannot get ahold of it? Sheesh
Taking a stand is often the most profound decision in a lifetime, a defining moment. This is this young judge’s moment in the crucible.

Remember Brooklyn-born defense lawyer Lynne Stewart who defended terrorist Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman of Egypt (the "blind sheikh who's followers planned the first World Trade Center bombing)? She was arrested and convicted of passing messages from Abdel-Rahman in prison to his followers.

Trump’s attorneys are considering that aspect of Wade/Willis conduct, joining Michael Roman but have not committed to that strategy as yet per the above article.
Merchant is a heck of lawyer. She started by nosing around. She saw a crack in the door. The crack was Wade’s divorce proceedings. She asked questions. She asked the guy on the stand a question in a text when he had NO idea what Merchant was doing. Bradley responded. Now he has to try to explain what he texted her in light of the sworn statements and testimony of Willis and Wade which contradict what he texted Merchant. From what little truth has been extracted from Willis and Wade, it is now clear that a romantic relationship existed prior to Willis awarding him the “contract” to be prosecutor. Therefore going after Trump in court became an “enrichment” for both Willis and Wade.
