I see it a different way.
I think the judge was giving her enough rope to hang herself......the more he let her talk, the more improprieties she admitted to.
I have so much to say on this, that I don’t know where to start.
My friends, who were not watching, were amazed that I had wasted the entire day watching this Jerry Springer show.
But I was riveted.
I think her lawyers were shocked when she strolled in to testify, when they WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF ASKING THE JUDGE NOT TO COMPEL HER TO TESTIFY.
There she comes, taking the stand before even being called to testify.
As if she was listening to Wade's testimony on her phone outside the courtroom, which is prohibited. Shouldn't the judge as her this?

Lawyers are such scum. Not ALL...but most, IMHO.

This judge is young, and doesn’t want to get into a controversy at any level. I think he’s a wuss. Probably the Eagle Scout type. What he should do, is this:
1. Remove Fani and her entire office from the case.
2. Dismiss the case entirely and ask the State AG to revisit the case to determine if another trial is needed with a new set of prosecutors.
But, judging from his toughness with our side, and allowing Fans to run whip saw over him, I think we will see more of the same today.
You know damn well she was listening to it.

If you read the comments on the side bar at the YouTube site most people watching think very little of Willis and Wade. The comments are very amusing.

This case is the canary in the coal mine.
This case will tell the story of the condition of our justice system.
If it’s broken, then we have to fix it.
The fix will start with the elimination of the bar association.
The same bar association in NY that seats the ethics NYS Bar ethics attorneys who have been referred a complaint from elise stephanik against AG Letitia James and will do NOTHING. Lawyers are as Leftist as they come.
How is this not a violation of the attorney's right to know expected procedure, prepare their questions?
