President Joe Biden took to the microphone for an unannounced address on Thursday night, following the release of the politically devastating Special Counsel report that said he "willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen." While the report stated that such actions "present serious risks to national security,” Biden will not face charges because he presents himself as an “elderly man with a poor memory” and it would be difficult to convince a jury he is guilty of a serious felony because to commit such a crime “requires a mental state of willfulness.” The report elaborated by pointing out he couldn’t even remember when he was vice president and didn’t even remember when his son Beau died.
The address was scheduled for 7:45 p.m. but did not actually get underway until around 8 — well past his usual 7 p.m. bedtime.
I can't explain how or why Biden's handlers felt it was a good idea to trot him out at night to talk about the special counsel report, but it did not go well. He was belligerent and defensive, and it was a terrible look. When he addressed the report claiming that he couldn't remember when his son died, it really got bad.
"How in the hell dare he raise that," Biden said angrily, concluding that it is "none of their damn business."
"For any extraneous commentary, they don't know what they're talking about," Biden insisted, even though the report presented direct quotes. "It has no place in this report."
Biden also blamed his staff for storing classified documents in his home, office, and garage, insisting, "I take responsibility for not having seen exactly what my staff would do!"

Try as they might, I don’t think the MSM can cover up Joe’s current state of mind from most Americans. I’m fine with the stories coming out about Joe’s mental lapses (Mitterand and Kohl, anyone, although most Americans don’t have a clue what it meant to have Joe mention them). His absolute abuse of security protocols with classified documents and subsequent excuse by the special counsel that he is mentally not responsible should do him in, if we lived in a just world. I look forward to the day he’s in front of the press and completely loses it.

This speaks to an unrecoverable level of panic to effigy the figurehead of the occupation regime at this juncture, merely to distract from a journalist interview with their Emmanuel Goldberg.

“What is Hur really saying?”
Hur is NOT saying that Biden is demented. Hur is saying that Biden will pretend to be a well-intentioned old man with a Failing memory, and that this fraudulent performance would give a DC jury the desired excuse to acquit, therefore there is no point trying him. [He’s correct.]
The howler is that Biden would rather misinterpret Hur’s comments to mean he (Biden) is an idiot than that he is a clever crook. [”Would rather” is probably inaccurate. I speculate that Biden is enraged and can neither understand the Hur’s nuance or control himself.]
We live in a volatile world, and we need someone better than
Obama puppeteering Biden step by step. Down deep I think even
a number of democrats have figured that out.
I see Jill a little differently. The family has immersed itself in Joe’s political career and power. Do we know of any family hobbies other than”the beach”. I would bet Joe has been abusive to Jill, probably physically but definitely mentally, she fits the profile for sure and made to walk the line and still does.
It will be interesting to watch how it plays out.

The argument presented was nuanced for sure.
The logical conclusion of it is that the Social Security administration should now mail out “get out of jail free” cards to all Americans eighty years old and above—since no jury would convict any of them of much of anything.
Trump also does his own taxes, according to the insane progressives, just like the rest of us. 🤣
He doesn’t have the mental capacity to participate in his own defense now. That’s the issue.

Damn...I try to take one night off from the madness and this happens. Short of a total media wash-over “Yeah, Biden was great last night” I don’t see any positive outcome for the Dems on this one. It’s one thing when the investigation calls you a decrepit old git, it’s another to prove it.
