President Joe Biden took to the microphone for an unannounced address on Thursday night, following the release of the politically devastating Special Counsel report that said he "willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen." While the report stated that such actions "present serious risks to national security,” Biden will not face charges because he presents himself as an “elderly man with a poor memory” and it would be difficult to convince a jury he is guilty of a serious felony because to commit such a crime “requires a mental state of willfulness.” The report elaborated by pointing out he couldn’t even remember when he was vice president and didn’t even remember when his son Beau died.
The address was scheduled for 7:45 p.m. but did not actually get underway until around 8 — well past his usual 7 p.m. bedtime.
I can't explain how or why Biden's handlers felt it was a good idea to trot him out at night to talk about the special counsel report, but it did not go well. He was belligerent and defensive, and it was a terrible look. When he addressed the report claiming that he couldn't remember when his son died, it really got bad.
"How in the hell dare he raise that," Biden said angrily, concluding that it is "none of their damn business."
"For any extraneous commentary, they don't know what they're talking about," Biden insisted, even though the report presented direct quotes. "It has no place in this report."
Biden also blamed his staff for storing classified documents in his home, office, and garage, insisting, "I take responsibility for not having seen exactly what my staff would do!"

It’s unfathomable that they would use that to avoid charges.
Just to be precise, if they invoke the 25th Amendment, that does NOT remove him from the Office of President. He will still be President. All it does is transfer the powers and duties of the President to the Vice President as Acting President. That is explicitly stated in the amendment. Therefore, Harris would NOT become President, and would NOT be the first woman President.
Even if Biden were to dispute it and reclaim the powers and duties of the Office of President, and the dispute devolved on Congress, and Congress sided with Harris and the Cabinet, he would still be President.
In other words, there is absolutely no way, under the 25th Amendment, that Biden can be removed from the Office of President. He can simply be deprived of the powers and duties of the Office. He could keep sending letters to Congress asserting that he is capable of carrying out the powers and duties of his office, and Congress could, at some point, give the powers and duties back to him. At least until January 20, 2025.

What is also very true is that this jacka@@ knew what HE was doing and why— the cases of documents stored in his Univ of Delaware “center” contain a laundry list of the scams he pulled off the secret intel in the files— files he NEVER should have had before he was VP and alot of files he should never have has as VP (he did not have the clearance).
Ultimately this clown was allowed to make money off OUR PAID US intel product. And that is and even bigger crime than is being discussed by Hur and others. They know this- and they put in the PAYOFF Kill shot— the man is NOW incompetent so he can’t be charged? Ludicrous. Like joey bags is the mafia dude stumbling around in his bathrobe and slippers (pretending he was incompetent as a fake)— only problem joey bags IS completely non- compus mentis- certainly should NOT have nuclear go codes or even the card.
