Texas Military MOBILIZES for SHOWDOWN at the Southern Border
Dr. Steve Turley's pod cast ^ | 1/26/2024 | Dr. Steve Turley

Something I did not know and I suspect many do not know, but it is NOT the National Guard at the Southern border but the state of Texas's own military! Texas has a military branch not connected with the Federal Government.

Liberals will hate to find out that New York has this too. Called the NY Guard they are uniformed with the same rank structure as the National Guard or that of Active Duty. They will justify it for satanicly led NY but not Texas.

True but its strength is around 1700. Smaller than the Austin PD.

Texas v. White, 74 U.S. 700 (1869) Obviously, the Supreme Court is going to have to speak up on it, rather than one word answers. They need to get going and make a ruling on it asap, or we will have a Constitutional crisis.

——

The Supreme Court has already created a constitutional crisis after siding with the bi-dum regime.

“Texas has a military branch not connected with the Federal”

This waw why they were trying to disarm the state militias. The reason?

There are laws concerned with the enforcement of the feds and how they can operate.

8 USC §1103. Powers and duties of the Secretary, the Under Secretary, and the Attorney General
(a) Secretary of Homeland Security
(5) He shall have the power and duty to control and guard the boundaries and borders of the United States against the illegal entry of aliens and shall, in his discretion, appoint for that purpose such number of employees of the Service as to him shall appear necessary and proper.
(b) Land acquisition authority
(1) The Attorney General may contract for or buy any interest in land, including temporary use rights, adjacent to or in the vicinity of an international land border when the Attorney General deems the land essential to control and guard the boundaries and borders of the United States against any violation of this chapter.

According to the above law, if the border patrol’s sole responsibility is to disallow or capture illegal aliens, then they do have control of the border. However, any land adjacent to the border that is claimed by them for that purpose has to be either leased or purchased. So that means they should be paying the pertinent state for the use or ownership of the entire southern border of the US. If they haven’t, then they cannot stop the state from defending the land on the inward side of the immediate border. They have no authority by law unless they claim use or ownership of the land and it is leased per contract or outright purchased. Then anything within the actual border is the property of the state. And that the feds cannot stop at all if they are actively pastroling and securing it.

So find out what the feds say is their property for use or ownership, charge them and the state build their barricades or defend with armed militia. When illegals are captured by the militia inside the state property, transport them to the feds and dump them in their laps and charge the feds for state services. And if they refuse to pay, you can sue a contractor for abandoning your project. All that needs to be done is to provide proof they failed in their obligations. I would say a living, breathing illegal detainee on state land would be enough.

Look where we are: a state is being threatened by the feds because they put up a barrier to keep an invading horde of illegal military age men and drug runners from overrunning the border.

I suspect this is exact what the puppet masters behind Biden want. So much of what this administration has done does not make sense unless the goal is to weakening America.

I’m thinking that the Texas NG members, if they were nationalized by Biden, would probably tell him to eff off.

From Now On:

Gov. Abbott, Please Send Every Illegal to Washington, D.C.!

He needs to focus his itineraries on the one place that matters most.

Abbott needs to stop busing migrants to Chicago, New York, Detroit, Denver, and other blue cities around the country and focus his itineraries on the one place that matters most.

Every single migrant who crosses into Texas ought to be collected and shipped to Washington, D.C.

Let the nation’s capital become the world’s largest migrant camp. Let the schools, hospitals, gymnasia, theaters, hotels, airports, train stations, police stations, fire stations, arenas, and government buildings be overrun with migrants to such an extent that nothing but their care can be accomplished.

Turn every park in Washington into a tent city for Bolivians, Guatemalans, Chinese, and Pakistanis to litter, micturate, and defecate at their leisure within.

Shut down D.C. with illegal migrants. Bury it. Focus the suffering; trap it where the power brokers live. Make them so miserable that they scream for respite from the refugee camp their city has become.

Maybe then we’ll see some change.

What we know is that the ruling class, the out-of-touch, insufferable elite who populate that place, won’t stop inflicting pain until it’s inflicted on them. And not enough is getting to them. So bring it right to their doorstep.

Now. Faster.

There are about 22 or 23 states with state militias and many liberals learned about New York and California when they were attacking DeSantis for starting one.

Most people are unaware that every state is authorized to maintain a state militia, separate from the National Guard. Most states have one, maybe inactive but at least on paper; a few have an active militia. It appears Texas has an active state militia, which is perfectly legal, and is unafraid to use it — which is why this issue is coming to a boil.

I wonder if a Florida DL could be accepted.
A 74 year old, great physical condition, sharpshooter, might be of some use to them.
