NAPA COUNTY, Calif.-The Napa County District Attorney on Thursday announced that it is charging Paul Pelosi, husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, on charges related to DUI and causing injury in a crash.

He was stinking drunk hit another Driver and sent the guy flying .
He injured the driver .
He should be jailed for that .
Its the law .
They cops tried to dry him out for four hours being booking him .
The wreck was at 11 pm and booked the next day at 4 am.
Because he was "by himself" - as far as you and I know.
He killed his brother 65 years ago in a car. They lied and said it was someone else, but I checked the birth & death records.
Sometimes the delay is awaiting BAC results from a state-certified lab.
Sometimes the delay is a game of cat and mouse, of letting the offender think “I got away with this” only to pounce at the last hour.
Sometimes a little of both.
My mind is not on Paul Pelosi or his latest midnight rendezvous. Not seeing how any of this will effect the general public outside of a momentary gloat. It was for a DUI, not murder or a sleazy Hunter Biden type story.
I heard on Jesse or Tucker that both cars were demolished. The press made it out like it was a fender bender.

It took 4 hours to get him booked in Napa valley .

He should just go public and apologize. Then he should say, “I made a mistake. Learn from my mistake and do NOT drive drunk”. Everyone would applaud his courage and maybe someone would learn a lesson from his mistake.

It’s a felony to lie or materially mislead the FBI regardless of being under oath.
AFAIK, the FBI simply avoided a written record of their opinions of her responses to questions. (Written forms recording FBI opinions about interviews with outsiders are considered ‘evidence’ by the courts. It’s outrageous.)
