Joy Behar, a co-host of ABC’s “The View,” fell on stage while attempting to sit on a swivel chair as the show opened on Thursday morning.
The other co-hosts, Whoopi Goldberg, Sara Haines and Sony Hostin, rushed to help Behar get up off the floor.

I didn’t see the video due to a Pay Wall, but I have to wonder if that “fall” wasn’t a carefully choreographed piece of theater. Anything to get people talking about the show.
This time the system worked.
I hope she didn’t get hurt badly.
Is that a typical show? Not many people there. Looks like a Biden 4 potus campaign.
I regularly use the old show biz wish “Break a leg!” on celebrities. Glad to see it finally paid off
My wife who had been in a line to get a hip replacement since the Delta invasion took a similar fall in September.
No booze and she missed sitting on a sturdy 4 legged oak chair at our kitchen table. She smacked the floor hard on her left hip, the bad one.
I got neighbors to help get her up. At that time she was mainly embarrassed and sore, as she fell on her bad hip.
Her recovery was quick except for the additional pain and louder cement mixer sounds when she walked or rolled over.
Flash forward to Feb. this year, and she was in line for the hip replacement on 2 March of this year. Her hip X-rays, 2 weeks before the surgery showed a broken hip at the ball head. That explained why when she moved, her hip sounded like a cement mixer and her high level of pain.
She had an uneventful surgery this past Tuesday. In one hour and 28 minutes, the bad and fractured old hip was removed, the new one installed, screwed in and cemented in.
She was discharged at about 5:30 pm of that day.
An hour later we were home, and one of sons and DIL helped to bring her up the ramp to our family. She talked and listened and went to bed at about 8 pm.
She is on track re recovery. Home Health Care lady was pleased with her status on Wednesday, the day after her surgery.
The HHC lady and the orthopod told her not to push the recovery time. She has had some pain at night and has taken a couple of pain pills and 8 her other discharge meds.
She had a good lunch today and was hungry for the first time.
She is texting and talking via her cell phone and napping which is rare.
We would appreciate any prayers for Dave’s bride of 62 years.

Thanks, she had a nice nap, good small brunch and is maximizing a flexible Ice pack. She is burning through the
Kindle books.
Both her doctor, discharge nurse and the Home Health lady all had the same message for her:
“Rest, don’t over do it, use the flexible ice packs as well as the Rxed pain pills”. The doc, discharge RN and the HHL said more exercise than what is recommended is not better
