President Joe Biden spoke at the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday, recalling when he saw black children on a bus in Delaware when he was a child.
During his remarks, Biden recalled when his mom drove him to a small Catholic school in Delaware:

There's plenty of things to rag on Biden over. This isn't one of them. He put the whole thing in context, and he was quoting himself from that era.
We called black people Negroes when I was a kid. And many Hispanics were called PRs (Puerto Ricans) because they dominated the group in Connecticut in those days.
