Ah...this is where the legalities always come into play: The senior person is responsible. If it is “allowed” with reporting, then the senior person has to report it.

I was thinking the same thing. Because if he should have revealed they were having a relationship and didn’t so should she.

So he is resigning after fooling around with her for twenty years and now suddenly his conscience bothers him and he is confessing his great wrong.

I think there’s more to this. As long as the relationship was consensual he could have weathered the storm.
Zuck has taken responsibility for what he did. He wasn’t forced, threatened or coerced. For a liberal he has acted quite honorably.
